Masquerade! Paper faces on parade~

All day the Golden Victory club had been closed, the only people allowed in being the workers and helpers who were setting it up for the night's big event. Finally, at seven, the lights all turn on and the main doors open.

Leading up to the main doors is a red carpet walkway that will lead right into the main room. There, the usual club room is well illuminated with it's large bar at the back wall with plenty of drinks available for everyone. Along the walls, the club's chairs and some new loveseats are placed for anyone who would rather sit and socialize than stand or dance.

At the back, on either side of the large room, there are food tables with a wide selection, certain to please everyone. Along with these food tables are separate dessert tables. On their own table, there are three, large, cakes that anyone is welcome to dig into. (Although, they're just so pretty!)

In a few, strategic, locations there can be found baskets of masks just in case anyone needs one or wants to try and get one on a stubborn friend.

Lighthearted ball music and slow, peaceful songs lend to the atmosphere; loud enough to be heard and danced to, but soft enough that conversation is possible.

The hosts themselves, along with the staff of Temptationis Clementiae, are already there and in costume, as if welcoming their guests in for the festivities.

[Fai had been making his rounds and the last thing he had expected was to be grabbed and spun onto the dance floor. But not one to turn down a request to dance, Fai easily falls into step.

A bright and adorable smile spreads across his face. Fai has had no formal training when it comes to dancing, but he isn't clumsy by any means. In fact he manages to float along as if he has done this for centuries. And in truth..perhaps he has. He is royalty by blood, and was raised by a king after all. This sort of thing should come naturally.]

Aren't you supposed to ask before you whisk someone off to the dance floor?

I suppose that's the formal way of doing this, yes. But, you see, I saw a highly attractive young man without a partner and felt the need to fix this.

How lucky for me that this highly attractive young man is also a good dancer.

I suppose I will forgive you if you continue to flatter me. [Fai can't exactly wink back with just one eye but that playful little smirk is enough to show his amusement.]

I'm glad that my dancing is at least good enough to keep up with your skill. I have far more years of experience then this young appearance lets on~.

Flatter? Me? Oh, I only speak my observations, that's all. Your attractiveness is only fact.

Oh? [He raises an eyebrow but his smile doesn't waver.]

[Fai does laugh a little at the comparison to a cat.]

Well thank you. I do like cats. They are a fine creature to be compared to. For an old man, you are quite light on your feet~ [Fai's tone is teasing as he makes the remark in regards to being older then they appear.]

Well, I certainly like to think I am, but that might be my vanity showing.

Of course, I wouldn't mind demonstrating certain skills sometime. Especially not to someone so charming.
