If anyone actually wanders up there, they will find the whole village decorated with strings of light, fish shaped lanterns, streamers, and kelp. Just past the North edge of the Village was a fair.

There was a large stage in the center of the fair, rides, a fortune teller, contests, games, a petting zoo, a fish exhibit, stalls, booths and everything else you can find at a fair.

Speaking of which, Shiro is enjoying the festival a lot more than Yukio appears to be.]

Basically, every so often things get weird around here. A couple weeks ago, everyone had to tell the truth. Before that, people gained new abilities. I'm not sure how it happens, but it usually lasts for a week, and every time it's been something different.

It's hard to explain, you'll have to experience it to understand.
