If anyone actually wanders up there, they will find the whole village decorated with strings of light, fish shaped lanterns, streamers, and kelp. Just past the North edge of the Village was a fair.

There was a large stage in the center of the fair, rides, a fortune teller, contests, games, a petting zoo, a fish exhibit, stalls, booths and everything else you can find at a fair.

"Ah..." Crud, she's asking him to choose. Darkleer looks over the pile helplessly for a moment, trying to figure out what she would like. "Maybe... you'd like the star?"

[ Since there are already tiny plastic cups out with the torte for tasting, Saber goes ahead and helps herself to one. She's been carrying around a fork for a while now, just for situations like this.

After a moment of chewing, Saber tilts her head with a gentle smile. ]

I quite like this. The raspberry is present without being overpowering, and that goes to say for the chocolate, too. It is hard to find balance between sweet and fruit in desserts.

"Okay!" she agrees readily enough, holding her arms out for it. It wasn't like she was angling for any particular plushie, she just wanted to be given something by Darkleer! ...and to go show it off to everyone and tell them who gave it to her. Especially Disciple.

Darkleer is kind of not understanding why there has to be a whole ritual to this thing, but he understands that Nepeta loves to be cared for. So, still ever awkward, he bends down to pick up a light up star plush and hands it over to her.

"Oh, Kanaya..." A little surprised to hear her voice, she almost missed her shoes entirely, catching them with the tips of her fingers and picking them up.

"I am, yes." She smiled, at once at ease in the presence of the younger jadeblood. "I did not expect to see you."

Well, I'm at that Pendilium apartment, sixth floor, room three. [She starts to float back, fingers going to her bass' strings again.] Hit me up whenever.

It all tastes bland to me now, buuut maybe that's just living for, like, a millennium. Different shades are actually pretty different, so it isn't too bad, y'know.

"A cop?" That is probably the first time she's ever been accused of that. "Oh, hell no. I was a vengeance demon. Admittedly, there's plenty of justice in that, but it involves fewer handcuffs and a lot more blood."

But she doesn't come after him again right away. Instead she waits, purposefully getting tangled up with some of the other cars. She can be seen exchanging words with them as they bump against each other.

Naturally she's convincing them to gang up on him. Not everyone agrees, but her fake story is very compelling, and when enough of a path clears up for her to bear down on Leo again, there are three or four other cars headed in the same direction.

"Can't say I know what a luxury apartment is supposed to look like." Apartments aren't exactly standard living quarters in the Netherworld. "I guess I'll have to come check it out."

[ He tries not to look as unbelievably relieved as he feels when he nods in agreement. His only other choice here was being won by a vampire Queen and well - Tifa's appealing without any competition, it's about two thousand times more so with that on the other end. ]

He looked up when he heard her voice, grinning slightly. Don't ask how he got the candle out of the lantern without setting the delicate thing (or himself) on fire. Sometimes it's better just to keep the mystery.

"Hi!" Mituna looked down to the lantern in his hands, giving a shrug. "What do I do with it?"
