If anyone actually wanders up there, they will find the whole village decorated with strings of light, fish shaped lanterns, streamers, and kelp. Just past the North edge of the Village was a fair.

There was a large stage in the center of the fair, rides, a fortune teller, contests, games, a petting zoo, a fish exhibit, stalls, booths and everything else you can find at a fair.

Petting Zoo

If Tavros was going to be anywhere it would be the petting zoo. He was even wearing the bio-mechanical fairy wings that Darkleer had made him, and when he landed they fluttered closed to lay down his back.

He could be found communicating silently with any number of the gathered animals, which made him look like he was staring intensely at them then randomly laughing or shaking his head. Couldn't hurt to gather alies no matter where they happen to be from!

[This was a particularly fun event for Fai. He wasn't really a competitive sort and he really wasn't sure who would want to win a date with a rather enthusiastic vampire..but it didn't matter! He got to be on stage and have a little fun.]

Oh I don't know. You may as well see what she has to say. Who knows where Apollo's children end up. [ She has a smug, secret little smile she's directing right at you Leo. ]

"A wish is something you want. You don't tell anyone what it is. It has to be a secret. But you tell the lantern your secret wish and then it will carry your wish away and hopefully help it to come true."

Fai hadn't really done much of these kinds of festivals before so he was basically going on what he had read on various worlds. He imagined it was something like that though.

[Tifa's overheard enough of the announcements from a nearby stand to understand the gist of what's going on, and she doesn't intend to join in. It seems so degrading.

But then she happens to glance over during a lull in the bidding, just to see if it's finished, and-- is that Cloud?

She has to come closer to make sure, an expression of complete bafflement on her face. It is Cloud. When did he join the host club? And what on earth is he wearing?]

Cloud...?

[Fai slid up beside Johnny after he completed a shot. He had waited until the other was done so that he didn't screw him up. Fai had tried all manner of weapons while he was traveling but that didn't mean he was particularly proficient at any of them.]

[He really doesn't want to do this with Annabeth present.] Nah, I'm sure whatever she'll have to say will be cryptic and useless. So why bother?

Wow, Prince Gumball, you made this? I didn't know you could bake!

If he didn't know Marceline, he might have been scared by the bared fangs, but he knew she had no plans to attack him with her teeth.

"You better bring it," Leo said. He started the game, sending the puck flying across the table, heading straight for the goal.

[ She's not going anywhere Leo. Nope. ] Then it'll just be a bit of harmless fun. C'mon, I'll go with you. [ She links their arms together like it's a done deal. ]

Or a complete waste of time. [He's gonna be stubborn. She will have to drag him in, but considering she's taller and probably stronger than him, that shouldn't be too difficult.]

Pffft, what else do you have here but time. [ She's not used to losing and she gives Leo a nice big tug on his arm to drag him into the tent. She's not even sure why she's so insistent, other than Leo's so stubborn about it. And it will be fun to hear what the fortune teller has to say. ]

[He can't argue with that. He sighs and lets her lead him into the tent.] Fine. But you've gotta get yours read, too.

[ And if today couldn't get any better... He stiffens some when he sees Tifa, and inwardly curses when she recognizes him. He should've known this was coming. He really, really should have. ]

I wasn't aware you were capable of enjoying anything anymore.

[He lets out a cocky scoff then walks over so he can go and pick up his star toy thing.]

Jet had thought that coming into the arcade tent would provide him with something at least vaguely familiar but, well, a lot of these fell in that range of time when he was frozen so none of them seemed all that familiar.

One of them caught his attention and he watched it from afar for a bit before coming closer to get a better look. Was that a clam eating dots and being chased by jellyfish? Why? This was definitely after his time.]

What's the point of this game?

[Johnny smiled over at the other vampire and laid the bow down for a moment.]

Yes, I intended to just collect one of each, but I ended up with a few extra. Ah well. If there's one you like, you're welcome to it, for your brother too.

It's not like I really need them, I just thought they were cute~

With that, Saber nods and carefully gets into the Ferris Wheel. Luckily, her armor is quite flexible. Sitting, she waits until Leo sits beside her and the ride begins to move before she speaks again.

"..How do you feel about Vatheon, Leo?"

Currently, Saber has ..something covered in chocolate on a stick. She doesn't even know what it is, but she's wondering if it can even be seafood.

"Greetings, Overlord Laharl. Are you enjoying yourself?"

A brief smile. It's nice to see the boy, again. She'll have to ask him how his new residence is, if he's not in a hurry.

[Leo has to think about that for a moment before he shrugs and says] I don't really know. Kill time, have fun and see how far you can get? Lots of games have no real point to them.
