◣ Summer Fair ◢

If anyone actually wanders up there, they will find the whole village decorated with strings of light, fish shaped lanterns, streamers, and kelp. Just past the North edge of the Village was a fair.

There was a large stage in the center of the fair, rides, a fortune teller, contests, games, a petting zoo, a fish exhibit, stalls, booths and everything else you can find at a fair.

Archery : Open to all!

[Darkleer wasn't the only one that was an excellent shot with a bow an arrow. Ioder was hardly the same intimidating form, but even small and slight as he was, his aim with a bow and arrow had become impeccable now that he had some months to practice.

A small pile of plushies was sitting next to him, and the tiny emperor was lining up another shot, concentration on his task high in spite of the noise and hubbub of the fair around him.

That's not to say some one can't bother him.]

[It hits the target just slight to the left of center. Ioder turns with a smile to Duke, shaking his head.]

Not yet, no.

[ He doesn't really know, but he vaguely remembers Ioder asking about fighting, some time ago. ]

[He did, though several events pushed it to the back of his mind.]

I've been working on getting my skill back to where it was, before I attempted anything more difficult. But I have thought about it.

[ He isn't going to offer to be shot at. He's pretty sure that the little emperor isn't quite the shot Raven was, and that would just be bad. ]
