If anyone actually wanders up there, they will find the whole village decorated with strings of light, fish shaped lanterns, streamers, and kelp. Just past the North edge of the Village was a fair.

There was a large stage in the center of the fair, rides, a fortune teller, contests, games, a petting zoo, a fish exhibit, stalls, booths and everything else you can find at a fair.

[If there's one thing Sola is good at it's carnival style games! Sling shot shooting? It's like he was born with one in his hand. Archery? It's too easy when not on horseback! Darts? This hand-eye coordination can't be beat! Each and every game Sola tries his hand at it only takes him two or three tries to master, if that, and so he can be found dragging Johnny around from game to game, piling the vampire with stuffed sharks, turtles, starfish, and even more than one game system. He supposes he can give the extra away. Maybe to Laharl if his got damaged when the bubble flooded.

As far as the games go, though, while Sola is impressively skilled, he really shines in the Chicken Run. The chickens can run, but they can't hide! He may look ridiculous chasing after all the poultry, but he'll be damned if he doesn't manage to get them all in record time. Still, when he's done and the game runner releases the chickens again, he could swear they're giving him the evil eye...

Care to challenge him? Or even just run into the pair as Sola drags Johnny (who really looks more like a mountain of toys in a floppy hat at this point) around the fairgrounds.]

[Laharl has just stepped out of the arcade tent when he spots Sola and his walking pile of prizes. He's working his way through a bag of fish-shaped candies, and there's something of a popcorn.gif moment as he watches them walking between games. It's difficult to tell, but he thinks that's Sola's vampire friend under all that.]

Never thought of that as a way to keep the sun off.

[At first he wasn't even sure they were the ones being addressed, he was far too preoccupied with the stack in his arms (That he was seriously considering making Yuria and Makiria carry.)]

[He maneuvered the pile a bit so that he could look around it at the person who'd spoken, revealing his medical mask-covered face combined with a pair of goggles and a large, floppy, hat.

'Sun allergies' were hard.]

I suppose it works well enough.

[Certainly for some extra frontal protection.]

Hi! Are you having fun?

[He certainly is, darting from game to game and piling Johnny with all his winnings. He's got at least two copies of each large prize, not to mention several of the smaller ones he'd asked for simply because he had the big ones already.]

Oh! Laharl, did your game player get messed up from all the water before?

Not as much as you, but probably more than your personal luggage.

[Laharl takes another moment to survey what's in that pile and to be privately amused by Johnny's fashion choices. "Privately" meaning he's only smirking about it and not outright laughing, of course.]

Huh? No, you packed that, remember?

He's not my personal luggage, I just need my hands free so I can play stuff.

And I know I packed it but I wanted to check since we had to swim some to get out. Guess you don't need one of these then though.
