If anyone actually wanders up there, they will find the whole village decorated with strings of light, fish shaped lanterns, streamers, and kelp. Just past the North edge of the Village was a fair.

There was a large stage in the center of the fair, rides, a fortune teller, contests, games, a petting zoo, a fish exhibit, stalls, booths and everything else you can find at a fair.

Oh no, that's generally discouraged! Usually the rule is not to eat candy that can talk or that has aspirations! I can't imagine that wouldn't put a damper in someone's day! We don't have a shortage of food either so typically the candy people eat well.
