[She turns to the coral and shouts over it.]

Detectives? . . . No, I'd prefer to speak with the offender first. But that seems unlikely at this point.

[Shelly stops just as she opens her mouth to speak again and directs her attention at Tsuruhime. Since the girl stopped to talk, Shelly may as well ask a question or two.]
