Who: Shelly and anyone
Location: Plaza
Time: Afternoon
Style: Either
Status: Open
[Standing before the coral with a hand perched on her hip and a megaphone in the other, Shelly, still damp but drier from her sodden arrival, begins her announcement in a firm, less-than-pleased tone as the fairy beside her flutters about quietly.]
Attention [ -- the rest is drowned out by a high-pitched screech as the megaphone adjusts -- ] !
What you have committed is a severely punishable offense that will not go unheard by the Republic's Senate. However, before you respond to the matter of your crime, I demand an explanation.
[She lowers the megaphone, waiting.]

[Just going to drop the tone then, and raise his hands in a casual gesture. Not going to stop smiling though.]
You never said what consequences there were either. It's not like most will know what the Republic's Senate is after all. I don't even know!

You mean to say that you've never heard of the Turemilian Republic?

[Pursing his lips slightly in thought, since while sure he accepted the crazy stuff going on (no matter how vaguely) he hasn't gotten around to fully wrapping his mind on these.... shenanigans.]
Well this is certainly interesting.

No . . . I haven't. Why do you suppose that is?

[He's taking up a thinking pose, as if he's seriously considering all possible reasons. The playful grin he has ruins it though, and makes it obvious he's going to tease her.]
I'm going to go with magic! Ohoho~. But seriously, I have absolutely no idea! I know illusionists that can create new worlds temporarily, but this seems far too complex for them to bother with.
no subject
[So she won't linger on that possibility for long -- not to mention considering how far-fetched it sounds.]
This place is completely unfamiliar to me. I presume it's the same for you. So if this is neither the Republic nor Italy, where could this be? All I know is "Vatheon."

[The vacant smile of someone who falls prey to them far too often, ah trauma. But oh, okay she has a point.
He really should have focused on getting fully familiarized with the layouts, instead of picking fights then lazily wandering around. Well now he feels silly.]
I think that's just it, we're in 'Vatheon'. From what I gather, it's just a whole new place. Sort of like, just discovering a new planet or continent maybe? Except IT discovered us.... Oh this is confusing.
no subject
[Shelly nods slowly. Confusing, indeed.]
A new continent. It seems that way. After all, Vatheon appears to be located underwater. I have no idea how a city can sustain itself in the sea, much less "discover" us, but I suppose I'll have to . . . adjust. I doubt things will start to make sense anytime soon. Do you?
no subject
And on that note! Ciao~, I'm Lussuria~! And you might be?
no subject
[Anyway. Back to introductions.] Shelly Greenhill. A . . . pleasure, Lussuria, despite the circumstance.
no subject
[No that isn't whining because you picked up on that.]
Ahem, it's a pleasure Signora~! Would you like to join me into getting something to eat? I was on my way to do that anyway! I want to hear about where you come from, so you might as well join me!
no subject
I don't see why not. All right. [She begins approaching him, handing off the megaphone along the way.] We'll eat and discuss Turemilia and . . . Italy. I'm curious, as well.
