Overflow for Masq. Ball
Who: Absolutely everyone
What: Masquerade~!
Where: The Golden Victory Club
When: Night of Saturday the 8th
Style: Whatever you want
Status: Open like the club's doors~
All day the Golden Victory club had been closed, the only people allowed in being the workers and helpers who were setting it up for the night's big event. Finally, at seven, the lights all turn on and the main doors open.
Leading up to the main doors is a red carpet walkway that will lead right into the main room. There, the usual club room is well illuminated with it's large bar at the back wall with plenty of drinks available for everyone. Along the walls, the club's chairs and some new loveseats are placed for anyone who would rather sit and socialize than stand or dance.
At the back, on either side of the large room, there are food tables with a wide selection, certain to please everyone. Along with these food tables are separate dessert tables. On their own table, there are three, large, cakes that anyone is welcome to dig into. (Although, they're just so pretty!)
In a few, strategic, locations there can be found baskets of masks just in case anyone needs one or wants to try and get one on a stubborn friend.
Lighthearted ball music and slow, peaceful songs lend to the atmosphere; loud enough to be heard and danced to, but soft enough that conversation is possible.
The hosts themselves, along with the staff of Temptationis Clementiae, are already there and in costume, as if welcoming their guests in for the festivities.
[OOC: Feel free to just make an initial comment with a link to the thread you're continuing here and then thread on your merry way~]

She wonders how much that is; and she wonders if her practicing earlier with Cielo had been "enough." So she sees no reason why she can't find out.]
I wouldn't mind it. He's taught me as well... a little.

[And if not, there are other people dancing that they can observe and pick stuff up from.]

[She holds out a hand. A new song begins, giving them a perfect opportunity to break onto the dance floor.]
no subject
At least it won't go horribly. Gale isn't bad, he just tends to treat it like a sparring exercise, instead of something to do to have fun.]
no subject
It's a bit easier, when they listen to the beat of the song, and she hasn't let go of his hand. So she continues dancing alongside him.]
no subject
He'll continue on until the song is over.]
no subject
She lets his hand go, and the dance floor is full of people shuffling on and off as everyone waits for a new song.]
Well, I'd consider that a success. Even if the song was quite different than the one we're used to.

[Serph recorded one from Zelda, that he likes to play around the base. When he's. You know. Here.]
no subject
Someone chose appropriate ones for this occasion.]
True. I like them.
[. . . most of them.]
I wonder what Sera thinks.
no subject
[This, he says with confidence. That song is in his own memory, just a bit, after all.]
no subject
[She grins proudly-- because why should they be? None of these songs have the effect hers does.]
Either way, it's good to see her out and having fun. Smiling, even.
[Sera's always had a nice smile.]

[This is what Nirvana should be like, she's decided. At least, it's the closest they've come.
If only they weren't forced to eat others yet still.]
Do you think Serph will return?
[Her expression turns serious for a moment, matching Gale's.]
no subject
It is possible. Others have disappeared, only to return again. However, he may not remember the things that happened here before, if he does.
no subject
He could also remember more. At least, about . . . our world.
[The Junkyard, or lack thereof.]
