Italy had finally stopped shaking, thanks to his many friends he'd made here. He hadn't seen any signs of the Boogeyman (read: Grand Highblood) anywhere so it must be safe to go out again.

A few weeks ago, Medic had suggested opening a bakery. There seemed to be interest in it and he even got a partner, a pretty and very sweet mouse queen!

Now there were two questions left in the country's mind:
1. location, location, location
2. cost?
Everything was essentially free here, though Italy had no idea how that even kept their economy alive (Vatheon was anything but impoverish). But giving the baked goods away for free just didn't sit right with him. He could only think of how poor his people had been lately. But money was meaningless here. So the idea of trading for goods sat pretty well in his mind. Bartering was his old way of trading (in his early country days), but that didn't mean he couldn't do it again.

Anyway, he stood in the plaza, staring at the buildings, sketching them out to see what sort of storefront he should have.

"Hooray!" She shouted before pondering a bit. "Now let's see...we need some noodles, cheese, milk...what else?"

"Si, si," Italy nodded. "I could make the noodles from scratch, too~" Italy could make it amazing either way.

"That's amazing!" Her eyes widen. "You'll have to show me how you make them too!" A pause. "Maybe you could make the noodles and I'll bring the extra stuff?"

Italy nodded again. "I'd be happy to teach you~" He was happy when people listened too.

"Ve, that sounds like a good plan."

"I'm so glad! It shouldn't that difficult to make right?" Because she didn't want to trouble Italy by making things worse during the cooking process.

Italy shook his head in reply. "No, not at all." Cooking was enjoyable. He'd make plenty for the two of them and some extra for his housemates. Heavy did seem to like pasta a lot.

"Are you sure? It does seem a lot of work!" Bianca didn't know how to fully express her troubles and especially to a friend she just made.

"It's no trouble at all," Italy said reassuringly. He liked cooking. It was one thing he was good at.

"If you say so! Hopefully that I will help you make the best pasta ever!" She smiled before looking back at her plate. "I wonder should we go or not...we don't want to take up room here!"

"I'm sure it'll be great," Italy nodded a few times happily. This would be so much fun. He waved the waiter over for another cup of soda. "Ve, I think you worry too much! If we were a bother, they would've kicked us out." That's how it worked back at home.

A light giggle. "That is true! I'm just glad that they like us!" Her dad did teach her to be polite, which she was, and to know when to see if someone was bothered. However, she thought if they were, they should say something. "Hm...maybe we can the pasta now or later?"

Italy nodded. They liked them a lot. Italy enjoyed eating here but he had nothing to offer in return. It seemed like the economy would spiral downward so fast, but it remained unmoving.

"Both are fine," Italy replied with a broad smile.

"Hm...it's up to you! I'm good with either one!"

"Hm," Italy thought for a moment. "We could always get supplies now~"

"Then how about it? Let's go!" She shouted before looking back at her plate and her drink. She wanted to be sure she finished all of them first!

Italy downed the rest of the soda, stood up, and waved happily to the staff there. "Thanks for such a good meal~!" he called out to them.

He turned back to Bianca. "Ve, let's go pick up supplies~"

"Hehe, yes, thank you!" She giggled before following Italy out of the door. "So, lead the way! Hopefully I can figure out where the market is soon as time goes by!"

Italy nodded then skipped out the door. He liked the marketplace here. Everything was fresh, like at home and everyone was always so friendly.

"This way~" he said, heading off in the direction of the marketplace. He wasn't jolting off or anything as he only ran that fast when he was running away. Instead he took up a slow yet excited pace.

Meanwhile Bianca walked beside Italy and enjoying the scenery of the place. Living underwater seemed pretty awesome in her mind and must be what water pokemon must be seeing when they're in the water. While it wasn't the exact same, she could get a better feel.

She was enjoying the place so much she wasn't watching where she was going...and tripped.

Italy paused almost mid-skip, noticing that Bianca wasn't next to him anymore. He turned and panicked and flailed, running back to her. "Are you okay?! S-someone call the doctor!"

As Bianca got up, she noticed there was some blood coming from her nose. "Ah!" She shouted before looking back at Italy. "Band aid, I need a band aid!"

Italy dropped what he was carrying and began rummaging through his shoulder bag. He didn't have any bandaids (pity because he was always getting hurt too), but he found some tissues. "Here! Use this," he offered the tissues. "It'll stop the bleeding, at least. I might have some sort of bandage in here too."

As Bianca took the tissues, she smiled at him before putting on her nose. "Thank you! I think that I might be okay soon!" She did have to admit that she was being a little silly over a small cut on her nose but life was too short! She might as well have some fun overreacting to things!

He smiled in return. She reacted just like he would. Panic. He pulled out some old-fashioned bandages - he was a bit outdated - from his bag and offered them to her.

"hehe, thank you!" From then, she placed the bandages on. "I look pretty cool with it on, don't I?"
