[ There is a tall boy standing in the plaza, tea-green hair blown back behind him as a large white dragon blows warm air around him, just enough to work on drying his soaked state.

N knows he has been gone for some time. It is like waking up from a very deep sleep, where the dreams you once had were fading blur, yet it was obvious hours upon hours had passed.

He was wearing his old clothes again. He remembers the wind whipping his hair, Hilda's calls before he leapt to Reshiram's back. That memory seems so close and yet so far away.

The boy pushes it out of his mind. It does not matter now.

N is home. ]

[Minato is actually in the plaza when the dragon and the boy appear, eating his lunch, as it's right outside the welcoming committee.

He pauses and swallows his takoyaki.

And then he stands.]

N--

...Ah...welcome back?

Minato!

[ It is perhaps a statement of how much he has grown in Vatheon that he does not pounce upon him at once. Instead, he just offers his arms out to the other boy; nevermind that he's still somewhat damp. ]

I left you, didn't I? I'm sorry.

[messianic]

[...He remembers.

And it's with a smile that Minato steps forward into the embrace, hugging him back.]

[Brisby's going about her usual business, and boy, is she happy to see that familiar face!]

[ N waves happily at her. ]

[ Well, that's someone vaguely familiar.

And someone large quite a bit more familiar.

Duke doesn't have anything specific to say, so there's a hum and slight nod of greeting. ]

[ N greets him cheerfully, a smile bright on his face. Reshiram huffs a greeting of her own, turning one blue eye to look at him. ]

.... [ A slight head tilt. Most he'd encountered with soaked - well, drying clothes were confused. ]

... Can arrive and remember?

[Tieria spotted that familiar head of green hair. It was a hard color to miss, and one he had originally associated with someone else back home, but N was definitely not an Innovade. Haro recognized him, too.]

N! N! N is back! [The little robot went bouncing off ahead of Tieria

[ N laughed, reaching his hands out for the purple robot. Why did it feel like it had been so long? ]

It is good to see you are safe.

[Haro flapped happily, bounding up into N's open arms.]

I believe someone else will be happy to see you.

[It had been a surprise to Tieria, but the blue Haro that had been Setsuna's had come back the day N disappeared. But, it had seemed almost lonely with just the purple Haro to keep it company... like it had grown accustomed to the pets and Pokémon that N had around.

For now, it was sitting next to Tieria's feet, watching the purple Haro and N interact.]

[Meanwhile, as Bianca was out and about, she spied someone rather familiar. She couldn't quite put her finger on it but she knew she definitely met him before.

[ N senses those eyes and turns to see--

He freezes in place, staring back in return. ]

[Kuma's much less restrained about running and jumping on N than Canada. For the time being, he's watching with a smile before walking over]

[ N picks up the bear and cuddles him to his chest without a moment's hesitation. ]

[ The man gets a smile. ]

[Happier than a kid in a candy store, Kuma snuggled right up against N, hugging him back as best as the bear could.]

[ she hadn't seen him for some time, and had actually been wondering where he had gone off to; after all, he had promised to show her his Pokemon when they were both free sometime, hadn't he?

she tried not to worry too much when she hadn't seen him around, but she did keep a lookout for him.

finally, her worry and keeping him in her thoughts had paid off. here he was. she couldn't help the smile on her face as she saw him. she stepped a little closer, then stood nearby, not too far, but not too close. ]

[ That face he certainly recognizes, and it is obvious by the smile on his face as he turns toward the voice and sees the speaker. ]
