Panic time
Who: Zelda and anyone that comes across her
Where: Hiding throughout Vatheon - less populated places (forest, island, etc)
When: All day after the curse begins!
Style: Either
Status: Open, but Zelda says it's closed. Ignore her.
[Upon figuring out that the little bubble that she couldn't get rid of was displaying her thoughts, Zelda had no choice but to leave the house before Zelos saw. She really didn't have any romantic feelings for him, but she was still a teenager and that kiss was playing on repeat. Even though she doesn't want anyone else to see inside her mind either, at least it wouldn't be ruining the friendship she had with Zelos if they did.
And so the princess is wandering in the least populated parts of Vatheon that she can find, looking very sulky.]

I... were you not?
[Both her face and her mind become blank. She was so certain that he was...]
no subject
...I was. But. I thinking it'll be okay for us to go back to way things were. If you want to, I mean. Not live together but - be friends. [A flash of Family.]
I think it might be okay.
[His bubble continues: He said it is okay. He accepts us. I trust him.]

[More positive images of Izaya show up - Izaya as a child in Vatheon, leading the princess around by the hand (what a curse you missed out on, Shizuo!). Izaya looking lost on the last night of the fairytale curse while talking with her, then smiling, kissing her on the forehead even.]
I... see. I cannot allow him to see Sola again, but... I would like to be friends. And if it is just me, then I can defend myself.
[A blur of possible plans that she's thought up to get rid of Izaya flash by, too quickly for him to make out many of the details. If she could get rid of her emotions, she might be a more worthy opponent for him.]
no subject
[Across his bubble: He said he'd still be rude to you though.
He likes those images that flash by in Zelda's bubble. The kinder side of Izaya. The one he couldn't see for a long time. His bubble fills with blurbs about fairytales, hearts, and roses.
He glances away from her bubble, even if he couldn't get a good look at the images that follow.]
I don't think he'll hurt you again. And I...really want to go back to the way things were.

[She thinks of the many people that she's become fond of since deciding to befriend Shizuo. Zelos flashes through her mind, including that damned drunken kiss and her just staring at him. It's clear that it wasn't something she wanted.]

[Words describing Zelda taking care of him the night of the curse scroll through his bubble. Then he's distracted by Zelda's bubble. He tries not to be, but it's difficult to keep his attention on her without keeping that in the side of his vision.
And oh.]
Did he do that to you?
[Shizuo keeps his tone level, but that...is not cool, Zelos.]
no subject
[He is THE most difficult child. Shizuo is much easier to take care of.
She'll just pretend like he can't see her thoughts.]
He didn't do anything else, so it is fine. I was simply surprised.
[Zelda lets out a heavy sigh.]
Still, I don't think I can face him during this curse. That would just be replaying over and over - neither one of us would ever live it down.
no subject
[He should be hit for doing that to you, drunk or not. I'd hit him if I thought it'd help. But if it's fine...
And oh. Well. At least he's easy.]
Yeah, you wouldn't want to do that. I hope he doesn't get drunk like that again, though.
no subject
He won't, I am sure of that.
[Zelda with her foot in Zelos's face. Zelda pouring an ice-cold glass of water over Zelos. Zelda delivering a sweeping kick to the Chosen as Sheik.]
He seems genuinely repentant for his actions.
[The next image is blurred and fast. It seems her desire to keep Zelos's confidence is strong enough for her to be able to think of something else before revealing what happened.]
no subject
That's good. I'm glad. I think he really cares about you.
[Even if he does tease her and pull stunts like that, Zelos seemed to have his heart in the right place, as the bubble near his sounder expresses.
He doesn't ask about the image that quickly flashes out of sight.]
no subject
I just realized something. Look!
[When she concentrates, her bubble becomes a sweeping view of Hyrule. Zelda's memory for detail is astoundingly accurate, and the image is the country in miniature.]
I can show you home.
no subject
It's beautiful.
[His own thought bubble reads, You must miss it. I would.]
I wish mine showed images. I just have words. Or I'd show you Ikebukuro.
prettiest place in the series imo. I love Zora's Domain
[She closes her eyes, zooming in on Zora's Domain and showing him the fishlike people.]
I keep thinking of the Zora while I'm here in Vatheon. I think they would enjoy this place.
Re: prettiest place in the series imo. I love Zora's Domain
[Shizuo feels like his mind isn't that good at picturing things. He'd try, though.
He looks at the Zora, and nods in agreement.]
I bet they would.
[Then he looks at Zelda again, smiling. Because this feels normal. And he had missed that.]
no subject
[She smiles like normal too, clearing her mind.]
Or you could simply correct me. Let's see...
[Izaya's apartment. She thinks of those computers that he has laying around. Shizuo had mentioned that there wasn't much greenery, right? She imagines a cold landscape with a lot of computer displays and tall buildings. It's not particularly accurate. Her image of "car" is hilarious, though - it's a large metal beast that spits smoke and people ride on its back.]
no subject
You kind of have the idea. Cars aren't that scary, though.
[He closes his eyes for a moment and tries to focus on bringing up an image of Ikebukuro. Maybe if he meditated like Trunks suggested? He thinks hard, but only the words of his thoughts appear.]
Oh well.
no subject
[Zelda eyes Shizuo about the cars.]
A large smoking metal thing that people ride on to get around sounds frightening to me. What sort of shape do they have, then?
no subject
[He looks around until his finds a stick, and then takes a seat on the forest floor. Then he draws a car. It's a very simplistic car - one that may have been drawn by an elementary student, rather than a full-grown man, but it gets the point across. The side profile shows two wheels.]
There are actually four wheels but you can't see the other two like this. But. Not scary. Unless they drive into each other.
no subject
[She pokes at the drawing as she tries to figure out what's what.]
A mechanical one. Many people are losing their ability for magic in Hyrule, I should learn more about "cars".
My last one for the night!
[That's what Izaya told him to do when he was looking for people to help train him - his thoughts express this.]
night <3
[She notices the thought bubble and just... has to comment on it.]
...did you find anyone?
no subject
[He nods.]
I'm meeting someone a couple of times a week to train a little, and I met someone else who tried to help me with meditation.
[The names flash through his bubble - Serph, Trunks, as does the word, hope, because Shizuo hopes that this can lead to a more permanent solution of control. Then he thinks about Vegeta, who called him human and left the last time they fought.]
no subject
[In Zelda's memory, it seems like Sheik is playing the harp and singing with Serph. Judging from the X near Serph's mouth, his voice was not particularly good.]
A bit strange, though. He was able to smell that Sheik and I are essentially the same person.
no subject
[Shizuo smiles at that image. He hasn't heard Serph sing before, but he figures that he isn't as good at that as he is at fighting.]
That is strange. [Though Shizuo supposes it makes sense. His mind flashes the words demon and transformation, though he doesn't say those things.]
He's pretty strong. [His mind bubble says, Not as strong, but strong enough.]
