Bar HOMRA's doors are always open to anyone who feels they need a bit of a drink. Nothing's changed about that, even after Izumo left.

This week, though, there's something a bit different outside the door: Anna. If she knows you or you look nice (or are wearing red or look friendly) and you look cold, she will grab your hand and tug insistently until you go into the bar with her.

Why? Because Tatara and King are getting cold too, since Tatara isn't exactly reserved with affectionate contact with his friends. They're the Red Clan. They like being warm. They will make sure you're warm too, if it means they'll be warm.

If you're really interested in a drink, there is a bartender still. If you really want, he'll help you keep warm. He's lonely and in need of hugs after all.

So come and get a drink later in the day, or get warmed up at any time. It's not like they keep regular sleeping hours. Just don't try to eat the fish.

[ He didn't like the cold. It made him cranky, what more without his natural fire to keep him warm. If he was feeling warm, what more Anna? Suoh made a note to go find her as soon as he had figured out why it was so bleeding cold in the middle of July.

Without another word, he shuffles to the basement with a grunt to stare at the heater levels... which looked frustratingly normal enough. It's the pipes. It has to be.

At any rate, he shuffles himself back into the bar and deposits himself onto the couch. His cigarettes are no help either. So... you have one crabby king in need of major warming.

[Oh no, King...Tatara can't help but laugh a little at just how uncomfortable he looks when he's cold. But speaking of that, he walks over, raising a fist towards King. He's not trying to hit him, just seeing if he'll still catch it.]

You're cold too?

[There isn't another reason he can think of that King would look this grumpy. Maybe King'll get warmer if he moves instead of just sitting on the couch, or if he is around someone who still has his flames. Trying both at once is good, yep.

King's usually warm anyway, maybe that'll help him warm up too.]

[ He'll catch it, mostly because the contact's nice. Should Tatara decide to join him on the couch, he'll scoot over to make room. ]

Pipes must be broken.

[ Le grumbling. He hasn't really thought about it yet. Was it pipes really or was it a curse? ]

[ Then there's this guy who seems to have frozen himself to the corner of the bar. His head's right on the bartop and he doesn't seem to have moved an inch from where he's positioned himself. Bodywarmth is quite honestly the last thing on his mind.

Maybe reapers are cold blooded, who knows but Ronald doesn't seem to be moving an inch.

Is he alive? Who knows... ]

*Sitting right in front of him is a Selphie who is wrapped up thick and cosy. But she's still shivering. She needs alcohol to warm her up, and Ronald isn't helping. She reaches out a shaky hand a pokes him on the head. Once, and as many times as he needs to wake up*

[ His head turns up eventually, eyes half lidded and still a bit sleepy. There's a small smirk though as he catches sight of Selphie. ]

Must still be dreaming. Quite a view I've got before me...

[Yukio has no desire to try and drink his chills away like some might. He knows better. Alcohol might make a person feel warmer for a short while, but it actually lowers the core body temperature. Not a good solution at all.

So what's he doing in Bar HOMRA? WELP, he hasn't really spoken to Ronald since his arrival, and though he's a bit irked knowing that the other boy was involved in Marceline's false kidnapping plot, he's still a bit curious to see how Ron's doing.

He enters the bar quietly, spotting that bright hair rather quickly. Heading over, Yukio hesitates before the prone form for a moment before reluctantly removing one hand from a pocket to reach out and shake Ronald gently by the shoulder.]

Ron-san?

[ There's a small groan as he tries to swat away that hand that's trying to wake him. ]

Saide I'd rather be woken when the curse's over, thanks... you can just--

[ But he stops. Hold the phone, that voice sounds familiar. He suddenly jerks up when he realizes who it is, staring straight at the boy. ]

Y... Yuki?! Fancy seeing you here, mate! What's your pleasure?

[ Well, someone's awake... ]

[ If Ronald is, in fact, alive, he may hear a chair being pulled out at the bar across from him. And then he may hear a rather familiar huff, followed by a bit of impatient tapping of gloved fingers on the bar top. ]

[diehardreaper]

[ And he is very much alive. The cold has just been making him sleepy so you'll have to pardon him if he cracks his eye open just to get a better look at this huffy creature that's just pulled up near the bartop. ]

You too, eh, Will?

[He's just going to go over and poke him on the shoulder then, since he's laying on the bar top.]

You that cold? I can take over the bar for a while if you want to go find a way to get warm.

Kusanagi-san wouldn't mind, promise.

[ He stirs eventually, managing the smallest smile as he sets his head on his arm. ]

M'fine, mate, no worries! The cold just makes me sleepy is all. How're you faring?

*Selphie has been making lists of things that make her warm. One of those things, oh yes, is sake. That's right, Selphie's in the search for some nice hot sake to keep her toasty and warm. So she appears at her favourite bar, all wrapped up with a big red scarf and hat. She's wearing a knitted dress too, and knitted tights, because she's freezing. Shuddering, she looks around for where might be the warmest place to sit*

[ Selphie, you should clearly sit on the couch next to Tatara and Mikoto. that is the warmest spot, honestly.

Anna is here to tug on one hand to make the idea known. And to get some warmth too, but that's a little bit of a side-need. ]

[But yep, Tatara's sitting on the couch, a blanket wrapped around his body. He waves at her, scooting over in case she decides to join him.

She could always request that he get up to get that sake, if she really wants to.]

Dirk isn't wearing red, but maybe orange is close enough, or maybe he just managed to look friendly enough, and cold, because he's obviously not the standard age in most places to start drinking. And yet here he is, standing in the middle of the bar, bundled up in an orange hoodie thanks to the curse.

That's okay, Dirk, Anna lives here all the time.

"Sit here." She doesn't care that she doesn't know who you are, but she can almost see that color, so you ought to sit near that blanket bundle of a grumpy looking redhaired man.

He doesn't actually know what Dirk looks like, but he waves anyway as soon as he enters the bar.

"You want something warm to drink, something to eat, or are you here because you're cold?" They serve non-alcoholic drinks too. Kind of have to with a little girl living here and some of the missing members not being old enough to drink.

But all that stuff that looks like it does quite belong lying around? That's his. Have fun with ideas for that present Dirk.

[ William T. Spears is the last being in the bubble who would search out a warm hug to ease the effects of this curse. ...Or for any reason, for that matter. He'd always been a cold, distant man, from the beginning. And considering recent events with Angelina and Grell, any emotions he'd willingly let slip out have been quickly and securely reeled back in, even tighter than they previously were.

So, it's only by coincidence that he stops in front of Bar HOMRA to rub his hands together and breath a bit of hot breathe on them, in an attempt to warm up on his own. But, perhaps someone can coerce the cold man inside? A hug could do him some could. ]

That hand rubbing is definitely the main sign of cold, in Anna's book. She has been sitting out front of Bar HOMRA, looking for people to bring in and..

Well, his expression is a little distant, but blowing on hands? He's cold.

Anna gets up and tugs on his coat. ]

[Anna's a good enough judge of character that Tatara at least doesn't really worry when she drags someone inside. As soon as she leaves him alone though, he's going over and invading his personal space offering him a hand with a smile.]

Want something to eat or drink?

[Anna probably dragged him in because he's cold, so no point asking that.]

[ Anna is sitting off in one of the stool chairs, busily... well.

She has a bright red scarf, which she is attempting to bundle around herself.

It might not be working as well as she would like. ]

[He couldn't quite tell what she's doing from where he was, so he wanders over to look and smiles.]

Do you want some help with that, Anna?

[She's really cute trying to put on the scarf, but she probably wants to actually wear it. Not...what she's doing currently.]

And then adding Jade and Peony-

[ Not terribly long after Anna stepped out for a moment, she returns with a blue-clad man in toe.

But he has red eyes, so its all okay. ]

[It hadn't taken much to convince Jade of the need of his assistance. Resisting Anna took far too much effort and he was far too tired.

He looks around at the people, then back down to Anna. Is it her hobby of stealing men?]
