Bar HOMRA's doors are always open to anyone who feels they need a bit of a drink. Nothing's changed about that, even after Izumo left.

This week, though, there's something a bit different outside the door: Anna. If she knows you or you look nice (or are wearing red or look friendly) and you look cold, she will grab your hand and tug insistently until you go into the bar with her.

Why? Because Tatara and King are getting cold too, since Tatara isn't exactly reserved with affectionate contact with his friends. They're the Red Clan. They like being warm. They will make sure you're warm too, if it means they'll be warm.

If you're really interested in a drink, there is a bartender still. If you really want, he'll help you keep warm. He's lonely and in need of hugs after all.

So come and get a drink later in the day, or get warmed up at any time. It's not like they keep regular sleeping hours. Just don't try to eat the fish.

You clearly stated that I 'always have been' your first choice. That implies that you are speaking of other scenarios, as well. Though honestly, I cannot imagine for what.

[ William finishes off his brandy, but as he places his glass back down, there's a distinct shiver. He's certainly warmed up since Ronald got cozy with him, but remember, this is William T. Spears we're dealing with here. He's not a very warm individual to begin with! ]

If you're looking for honest affection in return then, to answer your earlier question, yes. It is far too soon. Angelina just left, after all. And she was the first person I ever allowed myself to become close to in that manner.

However, I will admit that this knowledge of your feelings is oddly comforting.

After a moment, he looks about the bar, taking note of the others around. ]

Where is this current boss of yours? You never bothered to introduce me.

[ There's a moment as he leans against him, withdrawing that arm and glancing about. ]

Mister Kusanagi left before I could introduce you two. I'm prolly my own boss now... save for that huge red lump on the couch.

[ Small head gesture over to a snoozing Mikoto on the couch. ]

[ William takes note of the man who appears to be asleep on the couch. ]

Ah. That is quite the responsibility.

[ He may sound the slightest bit impressed, as Ronald obviously must be doing a good job so far if the bar's still up and running. ]

[ Oho~ He hears that and it pleases him greatly so he'll allow himself that little grin as response to that comment. ]

Does that mean you'll be coming more often then?

[ Craning his head to give William a better view of his new piercing. It's just a simple golden hoop. ]

Sollux had his done at a friend of his and I'd always been curious as to how I'd look with one. What d'you think?

[ William sighs slightly before gripping Ronald's shoulders and forcing him to sit up straight so he can fully observe and scrutinize this new accessory of his. ]

Well. I suppose that placement is better than if you had the base of your lobes pierced. At minimal, your hair can be parted to cover it, if need be.

[ And, as if to demonstrate, William combs his gloved fingers through Ronald's hair. effectively hiding the golden hoop. ]
