Disciple goes back to nature
Who: The Disciple and Whoever
When: Throughout the Curse Week
Where: Around the bubble, or Island
Style: Whichever you prefer
Status: Open
[Throughout the week, those attempting to find or speak with the Disciple may have troubles. Her bedroom lies empty, her SFC discarded, sitting on a table next to her bed. The window appears to have been smashed outward, shards lying on the ground outside. There is a fair amount of olive-colored blood immediately outside the window, but it quickly stops as it trails off into the city proper; almost too quickly.]
[It seems for this curse Disciple has lost as lost her culture and regressed back to her near feral state of her first arrival. In return she has gained something of a regeneration ability, and can recover from some pretty grievous wounds. She can be found throughout the bubble, and eventually the island, once she finds her way up there. She is avoiding large crowds of people, and loud noises. Who even knows what she will or will not remember from her time in Vatheon?]
[Those who know here might know where to start looking for her, those who do not might end up stumbling upon a near-feral half-naked adult Troll as she tries to avoid the more 'busy' parts of a civilized world that is bright and confusing.]
(OOC:Feel free to encounter her wherever, and however you want. She will be all over the place. Woods, Back alleys, anywhere on the Island. The one place she will avoid above all others is the Plaza, however. Way too busy. Message me if you want to set up anything in particular)

He encounters the troll suddenly and pauses, eyes wide. He's seen a few trolls already, but none quite like this]
Are you all right, uh...miss? [Blushing, he looks away from her half-naked state]

[The other races were probably the part that unsettled her the most about this place. The trees were different, yes, as were the beasts that dwelled in them, but it was the other sentient beings that really made her feel out of place. The one that stumbled upon her seemed to be one of the pink-skinned race known as 'humans', and it was talking to her. They were not a great threat, but she was still wary.]
[She takes a step back from it, her stance dropping into what might be either fight or flight. She would respond, she knew words after all, she used to know so very many, but circumstances had changed and so did she, and speaking coherently had grown difficult. The troll cocks her head slightly at the human's question.]
Saffe... Yes. Trees...
no subject
Trees? Um. I hope I didn't scare you...

[After continuing to examine the interloper for a few more moments, she ultimately decides that he is not a threat. She relaxes out of her guarded stance in response. She sniffs at the air for a second, her head darting to the right as she examines some real or imagined threat. This too she discards and resumes curiously examining the human.]

So when she goes by and scents blood she's immediately on the alert. She knows Disciple's scent as well as her own, so after quickly checking on Pounce and Leap and making sure they're okay she hurries off, following the trail even when the blood can no longer be seen. She has to find her!]

[The scent of blood leads towards the outskirts of the bubble city, leading vaguely in the direction of the underwater section of woods. The smell of blood dies off quickly, far too quickly for the damage that seemingly was inflicted by the shattering glass. Fortunately, Nepeta was an ace hunter like Disciple and she would able to pick out the smell of the elder oliveblood, even without the scent shed blood. One of the small blessings of her avoiding large groupings of people was that she did not give an opportunity for her scent to be lost in chaos.]
[The path was roundabout, even doubling back on itself a couple times, but it eventually leads, as expected, to the woods. Disciple seemed to be making for her emergency warren which was hidden in the roots of a tree, and surrounded by small bushes. It was disguised perfectly, and a normal person would easily miss the entrance which led down under the roots. Judging by scent, and faint sounds of movement, Disciple seemed to be down there right now, or at least something was.]

Perhaps she's being optimistic, but she can't bear to think of anything too bad having happened to her ancestor.]
Mama?
[She sniffs again, scrabbling at the entrance, making sure that Disciple has good warning that someone is there, and that that someone is her. Surprising another troll is never a good idea.]
Mama! Are you there? It's me.
no subject
...Kit!
[The elder oliveblood fully leaves the burrow, heading for Nepeta with a strange loping gait. Once she gets to her, she nuzzles protectively against her.]
no subject
Hi, Mama. Are you okay?
[She adds a comforting purr to the end of the question, licking Disciple's cheek affectionately.]
Same icon is too perfect >.>
[Everything was a chaotic jumble in her head, so trying to find words amongst all the sensory input, and instinctual drives was rather difficult. Even trying to think straight was an exercise in futility. She knew Nepeta was hers, She was her guardian, her acting custodian. So she must keep her safe. Out in the open was not safe.]
[She reponds with a few more nuzzles in response to the purrs and lick, and then proceeds to reach behind Nepeta and grab her by the scruff of the neck, mostly getting shirt and trench-coat. Daughter obtained, she starts to make her way back to the safety of the warren.]
omg yes
[She is very happy to let Disciple coddle and fuss over her, especially since it seems to reassure her mamacat as well. She does, however, let out a kitten-like squeak when she's scooped up that way, but after a moment of flailing she obediently lets herself be carted around.
It's a kitten's life.]

Though the visible trail fades she can follow the scent of it, and eventually, she finds herself on the island. It's harder to follow the trail up here, and it's with determination that she continues trying to track Disciple down, but pure luck that she finds her at all.
She sees a dark shape moving in the trees ahead of her, a wild mess of hair that she recognises immediately, and she stops, narrowing her eyes faintly.]
... Disciple? It's only me, little one.

no subject
... Disciple? Come on out, little one.. you don't need to be afraid.
no subject
...Rosa! Safe.
[She does not hesitate to to that strange walk right up to the Dolorosa and nuzzle her head against her.]
no subject
Yes, it's safe. Are you hurt?
no subject
Not hurrt, yess.
[Part of her clothing is rather torn up, most noticeably her sleeves. Whats left of the black clothing is tattered and off-colored by the very obvious presence of olive blood. Her wrists and forearms must be torn terribly, yet upon closer inspection by the jadeblood her skin is practically perfect, almost no sign of imperfection.]
no subject
At least she's alright, though. That's the important thing right now.]
Good.. [Her voice is kept soft.] You had me worried about you.

[With her state, perhaps it is for the best that it's him and not one of his robots that finds her in the forest, and he nearly collapses on the grass. He's seen her like this before, so he just tries to give a strained smile and pulls out the large cat plush from his sylladex.]
Disciple. Come here, Disciple. It's alright.
no subject
[The hunched shape of the Disciple stops in its tracks, her head swiveling to stare at the source of the spoken words. Bestial eyes take a long couple seconds to consider the form of the blueblood, standing there holding a large stuffed object. Which... was familiar somehow, as was the blueblood.]
[Finally, through the murk and mire of her feral mind, a look of surprised familiarity comes to the eyes of the savage oliveblood, as does a faint smile on her face.]
Moi... Moirail.
[Her low-lying form lopes over to him in an odd four-legged gait. Arriving next to him, Disciple nuzzles her head into his leg.]
Mine.
no subject
[She's reverted. That much is plain to see. He kneels down as she comes to him, his hand shakily going through her hair.]
That's right, I'm yours, I'm your moirail. [The plush is set on the ground as he tries to coax her to it.] Everything's going to be alright. Are you alright?
no subject
[Her brow furrowed intensely as she spoke, it was damned difficult to try and remember words that refused to come to her. She will follow his coaxing, now that she felt safe in his presence. The fluff was comforting and strangely familiar.]
no subject
[He settles down besides her, daring to gently stroke her hair and pap her face.]
We'll find you somewhere quiet, alright? You'll be fine. I'm here.
no subject
Yesss... good. Darrrkleerrr. Safe.
[She leans into his ministrations, enjoying the comfort of having another. Her means of showing thanks is to lick and then nuzzle into his cheek.]
no subject
Why don't we take you to Lysunder's hive? It's away from others, you'll be safe there.
