Grubtime 3: Repercussions.

Who: Those that were grubs, and anyone who has reason to be there.
When: Backdated to just after Curse 39 ends.
Where: Dualscar's hive.
Style: Whichever you prefer.
Status: Closed.

[The curse ends, and that means a restoration to the original form everyone had. Clothing was not part of the transformation process. Unfortunately, that meant that the two grubs sitting in a pile were now back to what they used to be... unclothed.]

(OOC: Separate threads to make this a bit easier, I would think; Or, you know, whatever works.)

[Disciple beings to wake, as if from a very long intense dream. Everything that had been happening for the last week she had been 'awake' for, but her consciousness held inside the underdeveloped brain, she felt more like a watcher then a participant. Everything had almost felt more like a series of pictures, then actual memories.]

[For now she is just going to stretch the arms and legs of her once-again adult body. She blinks her eyes a couple times as she is coming to, suddenly confused exactly as to where she was. It was not her hive, that was for certain. She vaguely remembered being taken somewhere, but where?]

[And, why was it so breezy here?]

[Sollux wakes just as slowly, squirming closer to the warm body in the pile next to him as it shifts and stretches. He yawns, then blinks his robotic eyes open and looks at Disciple in general confusion, struggling to put together the last little while and figure out how he's gotten to this place. He really doesn't remember much of the last few days.]

NP?

[The sudden voice behind her wakes her the rest of the way. It was not one she immediately recognized. She quickly turns her head to see whose voice it was.]

[It was Psii... no wait, much too young. Oh it was the younger one... Sollux. Wait... why was he naked... Wait, She looks down; Why was she naked!? What had happened?]

Uh... no.

[An excited squeal comes suddenly from behind them.]

You're big agai...oh my paws.

[Whoops, she's staring. At Disciple actually, rather than Sollux.]

[Oh.

Shit.

Sollux squeaks and flips himself over. Enjoy the look at his skinny almost nonexistent butt.]

What the fuck is going on here?!

[Disciple had little shame, and still had not thought to cover herself. Life in the wilds left little time for things such as modesty, not to mention that life with the rebels was hardly much better. Clothing, such a bother...]

That is a valid question, One that I would also like the answer to...

[Please do not be more alcohol...]

[Nepeta's glance at Sollux as he falls over is quick and uninterested; nope, it's her mamacat she's busy staring at. She's pretty. And curvy. Did she mention curvy?

Was she going to grow up to look like that? That would be awesome.]

It was a curse! People were made younger or older. And you two both turned into grubs again so we brought you here where me and Signless could keep an eye on you and make sure you were looked after and safe!

Oh my god... [Sollux moans the words miserably] Can someone please get me some fucking clothes?

I think that Sollux here has... a...

[She notices the intense stare levied at her. Disciple follows the glance to herself, then looks back up at Nepeta with an amused smile.]

... good point.

Nepeta, how about you go fetch us something to make ourselves decent?

[Whoops, she's staring, isn't she? She shrugs her giant trenchcoat off quickly, handing it to Disciple. It's a good thing the older greenblood isn't all that much bigger than she is - well, not in height at least. Curves are another matter.

She is approving so much of what she'll grow up into.]

Have this for now, I'll go find something for Sollux!

[She disappears for a couple of minutes, then runs back in with a jersey and pants she scavenged from Psii's things.]

[Sollux buries himself deeper into the pile while Nepeta's gone, his burning yellow face hidden. When she returns with some clothing, he wriggles into them as best he can without ruining his modesty, then finally looks up]

Why am I here, anyway?

[Disciple slips into the proffered coat as best she can. It was a good thing Nepeta wore it over-sized, as it fits in the technical sense. The elder oliveblood is able to close it, but it fits rather snugly around the curvy frame that her daughter had been admiring. Right now it was just serving to further accentuate her features. Disciple was still rather amused by the situation.]

Last I remember was falling asleep at my hive, then what seemed almost like a very long dream. Flashes of things I knew, or thought I knew, anyways.

So... I was a grub, huh?

You were! Both of you! Signless went to your hive and found you and brought you here, Disciple, and Fefurry found you, Sollux, and I told her to bring you over when she was done playing with you so we could keep all the grubs together safe and sound!

[She beams - everyone is now dressed and satisfactory explanations have been given, surely all is right again. Right?]

Oh, okay. [He scratches his neck, frowning] Did I do anything embarrassing?

Yes, I should hope waking up naked, next to a younger troll, would be the extent of the embarrassment.

I heard Psii saying something about you trying to eat his face, Sollux. It was pretty funny! You made lots of things float around too, and you were both getting lost all the time, and you accidentally groped someone who was trying to play with you, Mama. But that's about it!

[She's having fun teasing them, but it is all true after all.]

I tried to eat his face? [He is a bit boggled, but he supposes it's possible] Guess I'll have to tell him sorry.

I accidentally... what now?

[Blink blink. Grub Disciple was apparently a player.]

So who was it that I scandalized?

I don't think you did, he just grumbled about it, it made Signless laugh. He was younger too! He was so much like you, Sollux.

[She giggles at the looks on their faces.]

I don't know if you know Zelda! It was her. You crawled all over her and tickled her ears by mistake, but you see her ears are sensitive for her kind of like our horns can be for us, sooo...

Oh shit. I can't believe I missed that! [He grins at Disciple] Oh man, you hornrubbed Zelda~ Signless is going to flip his shit.

Oh dear! Turn me into a grub and I start groping aliens.

[She actually blushes just a little bit, olive color tinting her cheeks.]

I have never really talked to this Zelda, though I have heard nothing but good things. I am not sure if I could talk to her now. It would be a little awkward.

Though I do have a killer opener: 'Hey remember me? I was the grub that got all frisky with your ears!'.

[She coughs a little in response to Sollux.]

Yeah... I might have to have a word with him, too. 'Sorry, sweetie, Grub-me found someone new! She has killer ears.'

[Disciple laughs a little awkwardly.]

[Nepeta laughs, flinging herself at Disciple for a hug. As cute as tiny Di was, it's not a patch on a great big proper mamacat hug.]

It really was pretty funny! But I don't think she minded, she knew you were just being a grub and playing like grubs do.

[Sollux snickers at Disciple's joking. By now he's all but forgotten his own embarrassment and the near-revelation of his bulge. Yes, let's focus on the silly things Disciple did.]

I wish I could have seen that!

[Disciple does not mind being the center of attention if it helped someone else. Especially if it was to distract from an awkward situation.]

As do I, It is too bad you did not take any photos to blackmail me with, Kit. They would have been adorable.

[She playfully boops her daughter on the nose, and then wholeheartedly returns her hug. It certainly had been a strange week.]

I was very busy keeping you both out of trouble!

[She giggles, rubbing her nose on Disciple's shoulder.]

I did take photos of you two playing, though! Do you want to see them?
