[ Hiiiii little buddy! Auntie Kohaku is here! And she's plopping down right next to him and watching him roll around with a big smile. She then pulls out a cat toy and waves it around in front of him. ]

Will this do as a Christmas Present? I have a few other things you might like, too.

Hiya, Kohaku! [HEY LOOK HE CAN TALK TO YOU NOW. Fancy that.

He pulls himself away from the tinsel to go rub up against her side, very happy.] Thank you so much! You didn't have to get me anything, though...!

[ WHOA. Where did that come from? At first, Kohaku looks around for the source of the voice, but when Kuro rubs up against her side and speaks again, she realizes that Kuro is the one talking.

... he couldn't do that before. Except for those times when he was cursed. After her moments of shock, though, a huge smile crosses her face and she lifts Kuro into her arms and cuddles him. ]

Of course I did! And you're talking? When did this happen?! Man, I miss everything ... we need to keep in better touch!

[Yes, more cuddles. He can never have enough.] It happened today! Jade made me this collar as a present. It was really nice of her, huh?
