[It's that time again! A large pile of luxurious pillows, cushions, and bean bag chairs(!!!) is situated in the center plaza, all collected under a big banner toting the phrase:

~*~*~*~PUPPY THERAPY~*~*~*~
(Those in need of brushstroke training can come too.)

In addition to the pile, a small table of various confectioneries and treats has been set up. Along side it is a slightly shorter table lined with various balls, ropes, frisbees, and other silly dog toys. Chibi waits atop the cushion pile, looking as eager as ever. Come on! Let's spend the day doing nothing of importance.]



[If the main plaza is not your thing for one reason or another... For this one time, it's okay. Recent events may have made you a bit nervous about going outside, perhaps you simply can't, or maybe being seen playing with a dog in a public place is just embarrassing for you? Whatever, whatever, it's fine!

Chibi is also making house calls today.

Expect a knock on the door of your abode/hospital room/island shack/rock you crawled under/wherever at some point today! Upon answering you will discover Chibi sitting there, adorned in a big bow of your favorite color and holding a small basket full of treats you like to eat. How did he know to show up there? Well, we did just have a rumor week! Let's just say a little birdy told him to be at this place, at this time. For you.]

Arf! [Awesome! Chibi tilts his head, tail wagging rapidly as he looks at Jade expectantly.

You want to have some food? Play with the toys? Or they can just sit here too, he's cool with that.]

Jade looks at the puppy, then gives it a few scritches on the head, amused.]

My, my, there's all sorts of talented pups around.

Wuff! [Chibi doesn't hesitate to agree, looking especially proud of himself.

Darn right, he's talented! You won't find a cooler cat this side of the bubble, that's for sure. Well, except for his mom.]

[Jade chuckles and continues giving the pup pets on the head. It certainly is nice just sitting and relaxing. Seeing the table of toys to the side, Jade wondered which one he could toss for the little guy.

He does seem pretty chill for a puppy though. Jade's used to excited little terrors. That or really fat rappigs.]

[Chibi follows Jade's gaze to the toys and, grinning, he gets up and walks over to them. Rearing back, he stands up on his hind legs and places his forepaws on the table, then shoots his new pal a curious look.

Which one do you want to play with?]

[Jade reached over the pup to grab a ball and a second later, he tossed it a few feet away.]

Awoooooo! [Fetch it is! Chibi tears off after the ball, catching up and batting it around with his paws a bit before scooping it up and bringing it back.]

[Jade smirked a bit and took the ball from the small dog before he reached back and threw it harder and farther away.

Puppy therapy is good for the soul.]

[Nice arm! But that's a bit far, isn't it...?

Chibi stays seated for this one, instead painting up a quick Galestrom and letting the wind roll the ball back to them.]

[Jade blinked at the sudden power.]

My, my. Lazy little boy. But talented.

[He smiled and moved to pat the dog on the head a few times.]

[He looks indignant.

Wha-? What!! Lazy????? HIM??????????? No way, he can't let Mr. Tall Boots here go around telling people he's a lazy pup!

He brings Jade the ball again, dropping it next to him. Go on! Throw it as far as you can!]

[Jade smirked at the almost!expression from the pup. When the ball was returned, Jade tried to throw it as hard as he could. It was a bit stunted by his sitting down, but it got quite far even so.]

[sonlight]

[And he's off! Chibi dashes after that ball, speeding down the street (and slipping a little on the wet cobblestones, natch). It almost looks like he's attempting to get to the ball's destination before it does.

Sadly he's not that fast, so he opts to leap for it instead!




He misses. He misses spectacularly and sails into a nearby cabbage cart, which is promptly upended and its contents spilt into the street. Many passers-by trip over the wreckage.

Fortunately the ball bounces to a halt shortly after, and Chibi is able to quickly grab it and bring it back.]

[Jade watches his little legs skitter around to try to grab the prize, then winces a bit with a grim grin on his face at the spectacle with the cabbage cart.

As the dog came back, Jade picked a stray cabbage leaf off its head chuckling at him and scratching him on the head again.]

Alright, I take it back.

[sonlight]

[Chibi sits up, huffing and looking pretty damn pleased with himself.]

Wuff! [Darn right, you take it back!]

[Jade gladly scritches the dog on the head more, chuckling as he sat back on the large mass of pillows behind him.]

You're rather smart for a puppy.

[Almost like you understand him or something crazy like that.]

[He nods, agreeing wholeheartedly. He is super smart for a puppy.]
