Summary: It's a new worlds, and there's no way Sora's not going to go exploring!



Sora was wondering around Vatheon with seemingly nothing better to do. He'd been reunited with a good portion of his friends from home, and he was for the most part feeling pretty good about things. It sucked a bit that they'd probably never make it back home, but at least they were here together.

Now with nothing but free time on his hands he was wondering around Vatheon exploring the place for all it was worth! If he was going to be stuck here for awhile he might as well know where everything was, and meet some new people besides!

[Oh hey, spiky top!]

Ah, yeah. Someone just ran into me. [She lets go of her shoulder, not even realizing she had still been holding onto it until Sora came up.]

You're okay though.

[ Sora grins reiterating the statement. ]

My name's Sora.

Yeah, I've endured worse.

[His smile's infectious, so she can't help but smile back.]

Nice to meet you. I'm Rinoa.

That's too bad. [ Sora frowns a little bit, but the smiles back not too long later. ]

Nice to meet you Rinoa. So where were you headed?

Lifestyle hazard.

I was just walking around, maybe looking for a job. Kind of bored and need something to do.

[runbysmiles]

I know how that is.

[ Sora tilted his head a bit looking almost like a puppy wanting to follow a new friend. ]

Mind if I tag along?

[sorcery_fledgling]

Sure. [Unexpected offer, but Rinoa very rarely turned down company.] I was just heading down that way. More shops down there, too. [Which may turn into an impromptu shopping trip, but with a male in tow Rinoa will do her best not to.]

Okay.

[ Sora grinned. He was always eager for a new adventure, and shopping wasn't so bad! You never knew what you might find. ]

How long have you been here, Rinoa?

Almost two months. So not real long. Luckily I have friends who've been here longer so they helped me out.

[runbysmiles]

That's good.

I had a few friends here too so they've helped me out.

[ A good thing too or the network may have been flooded with Sora failing at how to work the SFC. ]

Always easier, isn't it? If you don't mind me asking, who are your friends you've met here? Maybe I know them.

Yeah, I don't think I could have figured this thing out without them.

[ He held up the SFC. ]

It's fine! Riku, Kairi, King Mickey, Queen Minnie, and Axel!

[ He hadn't run into Roxas yet, and Ven, Terra, and Aqua didn't completely count since he was still trying to remember them fully. As for Demyx and Lea...well...Demyx had been an enemy and he'd never met Lea. ]

[Hmmm... most of those names fly over her head, save for...]

Kairi... I think I spoke to her once. And King Mickey, he's the small mouse that talks, right?

Yup!

[ Sora grins. ]

So you've met Kairi?

[sorcery_fledgling]

We talked once. She seems really sweet.

[Now that she's recalling their conversation...]

A little sad at the time, though. Someone left here that she knew, I think.

Kairi's the best.

[ Sora's grin brightens if that's possible. It dims a bit though at the thought of one of his best friends being sad about anything. ]

...Do people leave here a lot too?

Oh, is she? [It's said with a curious voice and a smile. She senses something in those words~]

Mmm. I don't know about a lot, but everyone is going to go home eventually. Some sooner than others. [She can't imagine the coral is going to keep them here forever.]

[ Sora has no idea what you're talking about. Nothing to hear in those words, nope! Not at all. ]

Hmm...[ Sora pondered that for awhile. He hoped he wouldn't lose Riku and Kairi and everyone else like that. ] I guess there's no way to tell when that time will be huh?

[Darn it, Sora, y u so dense?]

Not at all. There's no warning as far as I know.

[ Because he and Kairi are just friends, totally. ]

That's kind of sad...

[Riiiight.]

Yeah, a little. But you get snatched from home without warning, so I guess it'd be the same vice versa.

Yeah but that's the part I'm used to.

[ Sora rubbed at the back of his head a little awkwardly. At least he could hope that when the time came he'd end up with Riku and Kairi again and not somewhere else without them both. ]

I used to travel around to different worlds.

[ He reached up and placed his hands behind his head as he walked. ]

We really weren't supposed to mention that we were from other worlds, but since we're all from different places here I guess it doesn't matter!

[She can't help but laugh a little bit at that.]

Yeah, that would be pretty pointless here. But that sounds really cool, traveling to different worlds.
