Who: Shirley and anyone
Where: Near the coral/later near the elevator
When: Late evening, sure.
Style: I will always match, but slight preference for brackets.
Status: Opeeeennn \o/
[There seems to be a red-headed girl near the Coral today; her hair, and her...well, everything soaking wet from the trip down. She's breathing heavily, still recovering from...something, as suggested by the blood on her shirt, but she at least doesn't seem to be in pain anymore--so she is able to walk on her own two feet, her head held high, despite the circumstances.
She doesn't seem at all bothered to be here; with a mere towel around her body (a rather pathetic attempt to hide the blood, until she can get changed), and another for her hair, she walks on, rediscovering the city she once knew.]
...It's like a dream, being here again. This is so hard to believe...
[And then she keeps going until she comes across a rather large elevator, staring at it with awe.]
Ah-- this wasn't here before!

Here before?

[Shirley turns around suddenly at the voice coming up behind her.]
Hello. Yes...um, I meant this elevator.
[...She wasn't talking to it, honest. :C]
no subject
[Granted that wasn't a whole lot in the scheme of things...]
no subject
...HONESTLY she has no idea how she's able to speak with a talking fox at the moment but. You know, she's just going to roll with it for now--]
It feels like I've been gone for a very long time, so I suppose I just wasn't here for it.
Do...do you happen to know where it goes?
I swear this was the right account when I started typing =.=
Er, yeah. It takes you up to the surface.
LOL I was wondering about that at first

This guy.]
...Well, well~ Long time no see, Miss Fenette.
[1/5]
She definitely was not expecting the elevator doors to open. At least not so suddenly. It's an impressive sound, but more importantly--]

No.]
[3/5]
She would've...]
[4/5]
[Anyone but him--]
[5/5] oh my god i'm so sorry for the spam
Of course, she'd rather remember all of that, than have to live without her memories of Lulu, but...that doesn't mean she's prepared for this in the least. She takes a few cautious steps back, shaking, her hands threatening to drop her towel then and there.
She doesn't know what else to do just yet.]
no don't be /creeps on
[But there's something else a little more 'concerning' to him; namely the hints of blood he catches a glimpse of.]
But it looks like some~one had a little accident before they arrived here.
[1/2] fdkjlsaslkjds i don't have enough icons for this
She stops at the mention of his name, freezing in place as if he was commanding her himself. To this day she still doesn't quite know how or why her memories came back, but she was happy.
So happy she wanted to confront him.
Confront Lulu, about everything, about her feelings about wanting to help him...]
[2/2]
She was laying in his arms.]
It's... It's nothing...
[But he isn't worried about her, is he?]

But that wasn't necessarily what he was doing. He was planning other things, familiarizing himself with Vatheon even better than before so he could use the place to his advantage.
It was only a matter of time.
He hadn't expected to see that familiar red hair walking through the area, though. As much as he should be used to the dead coming back to life here, he didn't know if he could...properly get the hang of it.
Shirley.
The towel. It was covering up the blood, wasn't it?
He felt sick. That memory was still all too familiar in his mind, as was the others of when the people who cared about were ripped from him.
She doesn't notice him; instead, she's staring at the elevator. She's talking like she'd been here before. Was she one of the ones with memories of this place?
Either way, he couldn't leave her alone. But does he really want to approach her, while she's like that? She would need help, sure, but...]

She was lying in a pool of blood, while he was begging for her to stay alive. But she smiled. She only smiled, and said that no matter what, she'd keep loving him.
The thoughts were swirling in his mind, but at least he could put a mask on. That's what he was best at doing, wasn't it? Combined with his mind and his ability to make sure no one else knew of his real thoughts, it was what helped him be where he had been at home.
So he smiles, even though he didn't feel like he wanted to, and approaches her.]
I...wish we could think of this as a dream, sometimes. [Like right now, okay.] You've been here before, Shirley?

She definitely knows that voice, she's dreamed about it. She hears it everywhere, but she's almost afraid to turn around for fear that she might just be hearing it again. It's not unlike her, after all...to dream. To wish, however foolishly.
But then again, she does remember him being there with her, the last time.
So perhaps...
Just maybe--]
no subject
All she can do is stare at first. There's still something amazing about being so far away from home, here with him. The feeling is a little overwhelming, rendering her speechless, but she finally regains control of herself, finding her voice again..]
Lulu!
no subject
Wait, this is kind of embarassing, isn't it...? She'd almost forgotten--
She pulls the towel a little closer to her body now, her smile fading somewhat at the thought of him seeing her like this again. Since it's Shirley, though, it's still very visible.
Always smiling.]
Ah...yeah, I--I have, I think. [She supposes he doesn't remember, then. That's all right.] It's really different now, though. It must have been a while ago.
no subject
Even so, his smile falters if only briefly.] I suppose so.
[Maybe...he should get her a change of clothes. That would be a good thing, right?
So maybe he should stop staring at her like he was looking at a ghost (which he might as well be).]
Do you know your way around, then? Maybe we should get you into some dry clothes.

BB I TOLD YOU I'D COMMENT... WEEPS don't hate me i'm sorry
Still, he continued to do this for anything more than curiosity.
That was, until his eyes caught a familiar lock of orange hair. ]
Shir—
[ He pauses, feet unmoving and in that moment his brain nearly shut down. No, wait... that couldn't be her, could it? The situation and possibilities ran through his mind. He knew she had died, he read the reports, been minutes away from the accident.
Of course he was partly to blame- he should had been with her, to protect her more, and that was another thing he would forever regret. But he knew she was dead.
But here? How?
His mind briefly shifted to Nunnally. That's right, Nunnally was here, too even though he thought she had died. Could this place possibly bring people back from the dead? Impossible. But... there was that little thought in the back of his head that wanted it to be true.
So cautiously as he tried to make his legs move again, the boy will begin to move towards Shirley. Voice rasp and uncertain. ]
... Shirley? Is that you? [ Please let it be true... please. ]
SHHH SHH it's okay bby i could never hate you ever <3
Not until now.]
Suzaku!
[She looks so pleased. So pleased, until she sees that expression on his face, and her smile falters somewhat, seeing how uncertain and almost scared he looks.
It's not quite fair for her to be confusing everyone like this by just walking around, she supposes. It really makes her sad, but...she can't help it. And after everything so far, she can only be thankful that he'd missed seeing her in those bloodied clothes.]
I-- [She hesitates for a moment. But then puts that smile back on her face, because she has to stay strong.]
Yes...it's me.
['I'm sorry.']
*___* I love you forever bb
But here, now, standing face to face with someone he lost... it was emotional.
He tried his best though; beginning with relaxing his stiff shoulders in an attempt to calm himself. And his smile- it was a small one at first. Shaky, unsure. Her words were more than enough to make him believe this was true.
It was true. Shirley. Here. Alive. ]
It-... it's great to see you again. [ What a pathetic way to greet someone after they parted the way they did. He could feel himself become awkward again, and the subconscious shifts of his footing fighting between standing where he was now, or going further to greet her properly. None of which he knew exactly what to do.
All he did know was that he needed to keep his composure, he... he couldn't cry, not now. H-he's really trying not to.
Please... please don't be sorry. ]
I- well I have missed you. [ He clears his throat, trying to keep himself at bay. ] Did you just arrive?
<333
They're friends, after all. It wouldn't be right to keep each other distant; especially when they both thought they'd never see the other again. And they couldn't call themselves friends, if they couldn't work past something like this...
So yes.
She approaches, her smile widening.]
I've missed you, too. But no, I... I think I've been here for a few hours now. [A pause, as she thinks about it more to give him a more exact response--but then she realizes it's not really important.] I ran into Lulu earlier.
[She can't help but look happy when she talks about him.]
