[If you happen to be near the the forest quadrant, then you might feel the ground shake a little. Pretty strange, huh? But nothing to worry about, right?

The localised miniature quake can be traced back to a rather plain looking three storey building that has a grey flag with a bright orange stripe hanging from a pole sticking out of a window. A short distance away from the building, there's two people standing around a hole in the ground that certainly hadn't been there just moments before. A wheelbarrow containing a rosebush with orange flowers sits not far from them, and all along the ground are unopened sacks of dirt and a plethora of those mugs, some of which have fallen onto their sides. There's a bag containing seed packets and beans on the ground, too, and a recording of Sheik's Song of Healing can be heard playing on loop from a SFC nearby.

Serph eyes the hole for a little while longer before nodding to Cielo, giving him the signal to use another Magni Bomb. Which he does. Enthusiastically.

...That sure is another miniature quake happening. But the hole looks big enough for the rose bush, now.

Yep, this is what they've been saving their Starfish Tokens for. Approach?]

[Serph had meant to take another filled mug from Cielo but...

Like Cielo, he's enchanted by the song and stills, quietly listening to it. He watches the mist, noting how the seed sprouts, but dares not interrupt the song.]

[Zelda had seen Link use the song in this way when she watched over him as Sheik. She's aware it's a little strange, but she didn't expect them to both just stop what they were doing. She looks over to them, embarrassed.]

I, ah, did not mean it to be a distraction... it just helps the plant get a good start.

[It's quite all right, Zelda; they're just very affected by beautiful singing, that's all. Cielo blinks when she stops.]

Oh, it's no problem at all, ja? I liked it a lot.

[He got to hear lovely singing and saw a plant sprout today!]

[Ah...]

We've only heard one song before arriving here.

[Songs remind him of Sera and the calm her singing gives them. Perhaps it is a little masochistic to keep the Song of Healing playing from his SFC, when it reminds him of the people who aren't here.

Serph leans over to have a closer look at the sprout. It's one thing to see it in a book, entirely another to see it for himself.]

I'm glad you liked it. It seems sad that you've heard so little music, though. Hyrule has many songs. I would be happy to teach them to you.

[She holds out the mug to Serph so he can look at the tiny sprout. It's just the beginnings of a proper plant, its first tiny little leaf isn't even unfurled yet.]

Really?

[He'd like to learn some songs! Worry not, he's got more musical talent than his tone deaf leader.]

[S-shut up! Sing badly once, mocked forever HUFFFFF

Serph takes the mug and holds it up at eye level to get a closer look. It's hard to resist the urge to lightly prod at it. He does give Zelda a small nod in acknowledgement of her offer; he'd like that!

...Though he'll probably listen to her teach Cielo rather than participate himself.]

Very well, then. Let's learn the Song of Storms while we're planting, shall we? Just turn off the Song of Healing, it will be easier to memorize a new song if we don't have another one playing.

[She motions for them to begin pouring the soil into the mugs again, singing the lyrics this time instead of just humming the tune somewhat indistinctly.]

[Cielo manages to not just stop everything and listen and fill more mugs with soil, careful to not pat the dirt down too much.

He likes this song. The melody is very different from what he usually hears around the bubble, and the lyrics are lovely. He especially likes the parts about thunder and lightning.]

[Unfortunately, the Song of Healing is actually playing from inside a room on the bottom floor of their building. So Serph momentarily lopes off in silence and vaults through the open bottom floor window -- he'd normally use the door, but... -- so he can pick up his SFC from its place on a chair by the sill.

By the time he turns it off, Zelda's already started singing, so he listens from where he is. It's not until she's done singing that he quietly rejoins the gardening party.]

[Being a character from a Zelda game very patient person, Zelda has no trouble repeating the song for them to hear throughout the planting process. It seems to encourage plant growth and causes most of the seeds to become tiny seedlings. Her dress is soaked by the time they've made it through a few more mugs, though. Even the small amount of mist accumulates if she keeps repeating the song.]

Ah, this is... wetter than I had expected.

[Cielo listens carefully every time Zelda sings as he works, and before long, he has the words memorized. He refrains from singing along with her - it just doesn't feel right because he knows that he can't possibly that good.]

Will that be a problem?

[The plants aren't in danger of drowning, are they?]

[Serph quietly continues planting, but pauses when Zelda stops singing to speak.

Considering they've spent most of their lives soaked all the time, Serph fails to see the problem, here. He tilts his questioningly, attention back on Zelda.]

[The range of the mist she's calling without any magical instrument to aid her is quite small, so it's only on whatever mug she's holding at the time and herself.]

Not terribly, no. I can dry myself afterwards. If you have memorized the lyrics though, I might stop with the words - it's not quite so powerful that way.

[The lyrics are pretty and it would be a shame to not hear them anymore, but Cielo's fine with that: even without words it's a soothing tune.]

I've got them memorized.

[Serph nods; he's got the lyrics memorised, too. But he won't subject them to his terrible singing. He's more than content to continue listening to Zelda while he plants away. He can pretty much continue to do this until Zelda tires.]

[Zelda enjoys giving life to things - which is not too surprising. Still, she seems about done after half an hour of planting. It's too chilly for her to be wet like this constantly.]

Alright, I think that I had best return home. Do tell me when everything starts to bloom, alright?

[He doesn't mind allowing Zelda coming to the base and he's sure Cielo doesn't either. He only specifies daytime because it'd be a tiny bit awkward if she arrived just after they'd been hunting.]
