Characters: Orihara Izaya and the world of Vatheon
Location: Most likely in the Plaza, but anywhere really.
Time: Monday evening
Style: Action or prose.
Status: Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open
[This might be considered a warning sign for mental instability but if anyone actually knew Izaya, it wouldn't be that shocking. It's still a pretty interesting sight regardless.
Izaya is pacing back and forth. Between one street lamp and to the next. He's walking in a quick, even line back and forth, back and forth. He stops at each street lamp and occasionally pulls out his starfish communicator but only to put it back away and continue pacing. If anyone had been watching for a while now, they might've known that he's been doing this for a good twenty or maybe even thirty minutes.
He's muttering to himself too. Even better. Oh but the slightly worse part is the flick blade he continuously snaps open and shut in his other hand- of which is clicking loudly over his ramblings. He doesn't look upset. Actually, he looks kinda of energetic and excited.
Go and interrupt his thinking time?]

Great!
[He pats down his chest before he looks at Ion.]
That's fine with me. Sometimes it's good to have scars. It reminds you of things that you need to remember. And this is one of those type of scars. I don't really know what you want me to do though. Do I just stand here?
no subject
[He perks back up. Like a memento of a battle, perhaps? Ion nods.]
Yes, just stand right there.
[He holds his hands out before him, strange glyphs appearing on the ground beneath his feet.]
Oh healing power... first aid!
[He releases the gathered power to Izaya, willing his wounds to knit shut. It only completes the natural healing process, it doesn't erase any scars that would be left behind if the wound was allowed to heal over time.]
no subject
He can almost feel it- and when the process seems to be over, Izaya pulls up the front of his shirt to reveal his pale belly and then up to his chin the shirt goes.
Across his chest is a horizontal, but somewhat crooked scar. And just above that- quite near his heart, is an inch-wide wound that looks like a straight stab.
But they look mostly healed over and Izaya whistles.]
Wow, Ion. Looks like I chose a damn good roommate. That's awesome. What other sort of stuff can you do?
[He drops his shirt and smooths his hand down it to straighten himself out.]
(He's actually probably my most powerful character, he just gets sick after he casts XD; )
I was designed to be able to do many things, but I'm a little flawed. It tires me out. Don't worry, though, it only takes me a minute to recover from something like this.
[And sure enough, the color comes back to his cheeks quickly.]
I can use any arte that requires the seventh fonon. That doesn't seem to be present in Vatheon... it's a little difficult to explain. I suppose you would call it "life"?
Fwa and to think- he's so adorable.
Designed? What? Are you some kind of robot?
[How interesting. Even more so was what Ion continued on to say.]
Life. Huh. I wish that I could absorb all the knowledge from the worlds put together here. Touch on their similarities and differences. But I think I'm starting to learn how complex a single universe truly is. Even more so- the people from it.
no subject
[Ion nods eagerly when Izaya starts to talk about learning.]
I feel truly fortunate to be here, to be able to meet people from so many different worlds. This city is amazing.
no subject
[Clone? That was even better.]
I don't know if amazing is the right word. It's not very...positive a lot of the times. For example- these curses. They're kinda dangerous. And so are a lot of the people that get yanked into Vatheon- don't you think?
no subject
[He closes his eyes.]
I feel alive here.
no subject
[He looks away from Ion and out towards the city of Vatheon. A curious city that wound people together in....very. Very interesting ways.]
I think I understand what you mean. And...you're right. Nothing can be wholly good or wholly bad. No one can be. It's impossible.
no subject
That's right. Trying to be too much of one or the other will only hurt people.
[Ion's smile fades as he looks up at Izaya again.]
Hey... have you seen Sola since you woke up?
no subject
[He doesn't seem too upset about saying that though. He's not trying to grapple for attention when he hurts people. It genuinely is quite amusing every now and then to Izaya.
But he has been a little better lately. Not too much but.]
Sola? [Blink.] No. No I don't think so. No, I definitely haven't. Why do you ask?
[Then a look of realization washes over him as he recalls what Zelda had told him.]
Zelda kissed him. Is he all right?
no subject
What?! Is that what happened?!
[Ion shakes his head no.]
He won't talk about it at all. He's just been sitting in our room, really quietly.
no subject
Yeah, I suppose so. Zelda was in the mind set of a siren and Sola thought he was Link again and then they kissed and it woke them up.
[He pauses there, a dark expression passing over his face for a brief moment but then he's rambling again.]
I figured. He's pretty obvious. That he loves her I mean. But I think she only loves Link. And that it's hard for her to remember that Sola isn't Link because they look so much alike. So. He's probably heart broken, if I had anything to say about it.
[Yup. That's Izaya's helpful conclusion.]
And I doubt you know how to heal heart break.
no subject
I have to go!
no subject
[Have an awkward wave.]
See ya later, I guess.
