[The mingle party for this month is slightly delayed, and it certainly isn't because Station Master had decided to wait for the perfect weather.

Today, the party is taking place on the island, where there are locals stationed out on the beach who're more than happy to toss you a kite and show you how to fly one in this breezy day. There are plenty of kites to choose from, ranging from the simple to the pretty to the more tentacular.

Further out along the beach are rows and rows of surfboards, with a sign. With those sweet waves, doesn't it make you want to get out there and ride them? ...Well, even if you don't, some locals will be quite insistent you try and look they're even willing to show you the ropes!

Away from the waves, however, is an outdoor barbeque, with locals cooking shrimp prawns, fish, hot dogs, skewers... anything you want. There's something for everyone, and if you want to be the cook, they'll happily shove over and give you space to be the Iron Chef of the Beach.

...Being friends with someone who betrays you sounds like an idiotic course of action.

Right. You don't want anything to do with him, which is why you're looking for him now.

You don't have to be friends with someone to have to talk to them. I would know. I hoped most of you in the Organization didn't return from your missions, if I'm going to be blunt.

Well, in the end most of us didn't. Guess you got your wish.

[croceamors]

A shame most of you couldn't live out the full extent of your usefulness before that. [A pause before he gives a frustrated sigh through his teeth, hands curling into fists.] This was not how I intended this conversation to go.

Did you really mean for it to go anywhere?

I didn't mean for it go to into some rant about Axel or his traits, negative or positive.

[The words are kind of- forced out, and it looks like it's taking Saix a lot of effort to say them at all. He's not used to apologizing, and he doesn't much care for apologizing to people he still doesn't exactly like.]

Did he hear that right? Maybe Saix is making some weird attempt at humor. He did have that laughing fit the other day.

But from the effort behind the words, it actually sounds like he's serious.]

Even I will admit I can be somewhat rusty where it concerns [i]morals[/i], but last I checked, trying to kill someone and breaking their friend's hand isn't likely to give you a good reputation with them.
