With the arrival of the vanguard of HOMRA and...San-chan, Tatara decided they might as well gather all the members of HOMRA present, and those that King accepted as being members, even though they don't have the mark.

And where else would they gather but the bar they took the name from? It's a lot more lively now than almost the entire time it's been here. That's what having six HOMRA members inside will do to a place, even without the others they told about the gathering.

(ooc: So if your character has ever spoken to Mikoto, Tatara, Anna, Eric, Yata, or San-chan (Bandou), feel free for them to show up! They probably got a text or something.)

[ Frillish makes an apologetic sound and tries to imitate a bow. Hilda reaches over to pet him on the head. ]

This is Frillish. He's one of my friends.

... A Pokemon.

[Shiro blinked a few times, bowing hesitantly in return, as much as he could from a sitting position anyway.]

Interesting. What's a Pokemon?

He's a creature from my world. Pokemon and Humans are friends and partners back in my world. Frillish is one of the six of my friends that I have with me in Vatheon.

[parasolspinning]

Oh... that's quite fascinating! There's nothing like that in my world!

[Shiro stands and holds out a hand to the creature]

In that case, it's a pleasure to meet you, Frillish-san.

Apparently, there's nothing like Pokemon in a lot of peoples' worlds ...

[ Which is still strange to her. Frillish, meanwhile, seems to enjoy this guy. He makes a happy sound and reaches out a tentacle to poke Yashiro's hand with. ]

[ She watches and smiles. It was always nice, seeing her Pokemon making new friends. ]

Every world is different, but it's that uniqueness that makes being here so interesting!

[Shiro gives a firm hand-tentacle shake to the Pokemon, smiling brightly at him.]

It's ... definitely interesting. I won't deny being a little homesick from time to time, though.

[ Frillish is happily floating around Yashiro as soon as their handshake ends, excitedly squeaking and making happy sounds. New friend! ]

He's very friendly! [ She said with a giggle. ]

I understand that fully. There's some one back home I'm missing a lot right now.

[Shiro can't help but watch him. He's just so interesting!]

I can see that!

[ She smiles. ]

As far as people back home, It's ... kind of the opposite for me, I guess. There are people I miss back home, yeah, but ... there was someone who I set out to find back home, before I came here. When I was pulled into Vatheon, he was already here. He was the first person I saw.

[ Frillish hovers back over to Hilda and nuzzles her gently. She laughs a bit and pets him. ]

This place isn't so bad, and I was able to find my missing friend ... but I do still miss home. I miss my Mom, and my hometown, and being able to find Pokemon anywhere I looked.

[parasolspinning]

... oh.

[That's.. more like how it had been for Kuroh, since he had set out with Neko to relocate the Silver King. But for Shiro... well. That story is pretty self explanatory.

But at least it seems that this girl's story has a happy ending so far, so he doesn't bother dwelling on his own sad tale.]

I'm sure you won't be gone forever. There's something to be said for focusing on the positive.

It's true ... and discovering someplace new isn't all that bad. I know I'll get a little restless eventually, but I'll deal with that when it comes to it.

You'll just have to find new ways to keep yourself entertained while you're here then! Though... don't ask me what that might be, I'm afraid I'm a bit of a homebody even here.

So you like to stay in one place for a long period of time? I used to be able to do that. And then I started my Pokemon journey and now it's weird not to be moving from place to place every week or two.

[parasolspinning]

Oh, yes. I'm quite good at it, actually! I've stayed years and years [more like decades] in the same place!

I'm the exact opposite - I would find myself at a loss if I was to travel.

I guess it's something I'll have to get used to all over again, what with being stuck in this place.

[parasolspinning]

Yes, but it shouldn't be too hard! And you'll be able to make friends, I'm sure!

I've already made a few, actually. So it's not like being here has been a bad experience or anything.

[He'd hold a hand out to her, but... tactfully avoid answering her question.]
