tiir rumibul; o1o [backdated to the curse]
Who: Tiir and
vatheon!
When: Backdated to during the curse.
Where: The park.
Style: [please!]
Status: Open!
[It's strange, how someone who appreciates honesty wouldn't appreciate a curse that made one honest—but even Tiir has his white lies, his claims of being okay even when he isn't really. And so, the recent curse doesn't sit too well with him, as he's not too thrilled at being unable to filter his words.
... Especially with what's happened in his world. Although it's been well over a month since his return to Vatheon, the reminder that he'll go back to the same time in his world means that the events that occurred always remain recent to him. It's a lot to think about, though Tiir isn't sure how much of it he wants to reflect over, as it might result in certain sentiments he doesn't want.
Normally, in a pensive mood like this where he just wants to shut his mind down—and, to an extent, does so—he'd go to the forest, but today... Today, for a moment, the memory of Minato goes through his mind, and so for whatever reason, he feels compelled to go to the park instead.
Thus, there he is, sitting by the pond—and throwing bread crumbs in the direction of the ducks, as he watches them feed.
Join him?]

FIRST
Today, he sets aside a moment to pass through the park. Walter only really stops in his methodical path when he's halfway through the bridge, from where he sees Tiir throwing something.
Crumbs. He looks at the ducks that the bread was thrown toward, his expression seemingly lacking curiosity and still impassive.]
I WOULD EXPECT NO LESS
... Ah. He always does seem to run into him, doesn't he?
He pauses for a moment, thinking over what he's about to do next, before he offers Walter a faint smile and a wave.]
BUT THEN I TAKE DAYS TO TAG BACK
Walter finishes crossing the bridge and comes to stand beside Tiir at a fair distance, his attention having drifted from the ducks. Neither the smile nor wave is returned – but would Tiir have expected otherwise?]
STILL. JAE TAGS
Tossing another chunk of bread towards the ducks and without looking at Walter—]
How are you?
YUM YUM.
Concerned.
[And just like that.
Damn it.]
YOU CAN'T EAT YOUR OWN TAGS
Concerned? Why?

...Ah. Those are... ducks, right?
He quietly approaches and silently sits down beside Tiir, wanting to closely observe, but not disturb.]
no subject
Have you ever seen ducks before, Serph?
no subject
Not this close.

[He holds the bread towards him.]

His gaze flicks to Tiir, as if asking for confirmation before he'll toss the bread to the ducks.]

She quietly approaches the pond, not expecting to see anyone in particular, when a familiar figure catches her eye. Well, she hasn't seen him in a while, so why not say hi?]
Tiir?
[Ilya leans into his view with a smile.]
no subject
Ah, Ilya. How have you been doing?
no subject
[Ilya gives him a nod and a smile in return. She likes when she sees her big brother figures smile, and Tiir is no exception.
Her attention turns to the ducks that Tiir's been... throwing stuff at.]
Are you feeding the ducks?
no subject
I was struck by the urge, so here I am.
[And briefly, he thinks of Minato again, before he holds the bread towards her.]
Would you like to?
no subject
She didn't plan on lingering in the park, since it's certainly not one of those areas, judging by the looks of things; but she does stop when she spots a face she recognizes.
. . . She's unprepared and has no bread to offer the ducks, but she approaches anyway to get a closer look at them. She always did have a weakness for cute things.]
Heh. They look hungry.
no subject
They do, don't they? I imagine they don't get fed often.
no subject
Maybe not. But they probably find food on their own, too.
[Since. Y'know. Otherwise they wouldn't be here still . . .
Hmm, maybe she should try feeding them, too.]
no subject
[He trails off, as he realizes how the idea could connect to his own life, before he holds up the bread to Yukari with a tilt of his head.]
no subject
Thanks . . .
[Soon she's breaking it up into little pieces so she can toss them.]

He's quiet as he approaches, but not silent. When he gets close to Tiir, he settles into a seat next to him, awkwardly close for a stranger.
At least he's quiet.]
no subject
He's silent for a few moments, not looking at Kurloz, but when it doesn't appear Kurloz is going to say anything, he speaks instead.]
