Who: Chie Satonaka and everybody else ever

There was a girl standing in the plaza examining her wet track jacket, making an annoyed grumble. This was just a great to wake up, wasn't it? She unzipped her jacket and fanned it out a bit to shake some of the water off of it, not that it really helped dry the rest of her, but at least if she didn't have that on Chie figured her body would dry quicker. After her jacket seemed to be less wet than before (although not by much), she tied it around her waist.
Securly tied, she looked up to see who would have dumped water on her, only realize she didn't even have the slightest idea where this was to begin with.
"W..where exactly am I? This isn't Inaba at all!"
How did she get here? Where even was here?! She appeared to be in some city that was underwater, from the look of things. The only conclusion Chie could come to was this was some strange world inside the television, but it didn't make sense to be back in here when the murders were all done and over with by now. Besides, there was no reason she'd wake up here alone, and drenched with water at that.
She took this moment to admire the dome above her and the plaza in general though, moving her wet bangs out of her eyes a tad bit. It looked so...different from the inside of the television, so real. There wasn't any dense fog in the air either obstructing her vision. But at the same time it was a very drastic change from her usual country town scenery back in Inaba she was so used to.
This couldn't be inside of the television though, no. Chie was somewhere completely new and foreign to her. But why?
Snapping back to reality, the girl looked around the plaza. She decided reaching out to the nearest passerby would be the best thing to do, it was time to get some answers!
"Um, excuse me? Could you tell me where I'm at?"

[Okay, she has to admit that this was something way more elaborate than anything he could ever come up with.]
You can get back, but you can't control it. That's...why I've been here so long.

This is all just sort of hard to adjust to, you know? I mean, would you believe me if we swapped places in this situation?
[She laughed a bit.]
Oh..really? Maybe if we look hard enough we can find a way we haven't noticed before. Is anyone else we know here, too?

[Then again, part of it was Souji telling him what was going on and he of course trusted him at least.]
Yeah. Souji and Kanji are here too, but they seem kinda content staying here.

[Oh right, Yosuke was also still with her somehow, too, but had supposedly been here 7 months. She guessed it wasn't so much of a surprise then. But she didn't expect to see him again so soon.]
Right. It's probably the same situation as you. So that leaves us with 4 people missing from our usual group, who are probably still back home. Maybe they'll even end up here, too, with how things look...

Just thinking about all this time crap just gives me a headache. Also, Rise has been here before too. And...Adachi.

This way. [He points in the direction of the housing, and then looks over at her again.] Do you want to get going then, or do you want a towel first?
[She might want to dry off...he's not completely stupid, after all.]

[Chie looked around for where the towels were located. She found it and took one, then came back to where Yosuke was. She dried her legs off a bit, since that wouldn't exactly be easy to do while walking. Her socks and shoes she couldn't do much for, though, they'd have to remain damp and uncomfortable for now.]

[He starts off in the direction of their living space, shoving his hands in his pockets.]
