[Like many others residing within Vatheon, Amaterasu was subject to a body exchange as well. "Luke" is wandering around, as though he's just now figuring out how to walk on two feet, and looking remarkably disoriented.]

Hnn...!

[With a miserable, dog-like whine, it's fairly clear that it's certainly not normal behavior for a teenage boy! There is simply so much to still figure out about this body, that Ammy wanders over to people, pawing at them with hands (though she's had them three times, thumbs are still just the strangest thing) to get their attention.]

Hnn... oof! Woof!

[The attempts at barking are likely attention-grabbing, as well.]

[... Oh, wow, that actually feels really good. Who would've thought that just scratching at his neck could be so calming?

Luke places his paws against the path and leans up into that hand, a pleased sound that he doesn't even know he made coming out of his throat. Ooooh keep doing that, he can even feel that weird tail moving in a little wag.

He looks up at... "himself" afterwards, and though the petting feels nice, he still keeps his eyes wide with confusion. What is going on?]

[Pat pat! With such a calm and collected smile, Ammy hopes to convey confidence! Without words, because words are dumb. But it's all okay, no worries man.]

[Words are certainly a thing he'd like to have, especially without any idea of what's happening other than the fact that it's a stupid curse and he's in the body of a wolf and that wolf is in his body. Is this happening everywhere? What about his friends? Are they all okay?

But... well. Here he is worrying and the being in his body is smiling brighter than he ever has since he showed up here. He must be acting stupid, huh...

He lets out a mix between a long sigh and a whine as he looks away, as if embarrassed and morose, and scoots a little closer so that he can touch "his" knees. It's an apology, and a need to keep close and watch over "himself".]

[Works for her! She seems quite pleased that Luke's cooled off, and pats at his shoulder reassuringly. Well, with that mostly settled, might as well do some exploring together, right? Maybe someone else can do some better explaining.

Fiiiirst, though, she leads him towards the coral.]

[A-As long as we're going slowly here! Luke feels a little more pressure to go faster than he was earlier, but no way is he even close to a normal walking speed. He still keeps his head down and still watches what he's doing, following without even knowing where they're going.

This person is the one leading him, after all. And after the display earlier, he trusts... her? He's pretty sure it's a her.

... Awkward.

ANYWAY HE TRUSTS HER.]

[Oh it's fine, Ammy's pretty slow about walking, too, but she's had at least a little bipedal practice! But at least she's a calm, confident presence. Once they're at the coral, she puts her hands together as though to pray! And apparently encourages Luke to do the same.]

[Now that they're here, and now that she's... praying? Luke looks at her, then looks down at his own paws, then up at her again with a slight head tilt and his lips stretching down a little. He seems pretty hesitant to try moving his paws in a way that might make him lose his balance.

How do I do this. ):]

[Ammy huffs a chuckle from the nose, reaching down and bowing Luke's head down. That'll work! Just be earnest in your prayer!]

[Oh. Oh... okay then. He bends his head down, though he glances from side to side awkwardly before he tries to pray.

... But who are we praying to

And what for

Is he even doing this right he's never even prayed before

But he will try. He'll at least wish fervently that this will be over soon.]

[To Lamufao, obviously! Either way, she concludes, looking very satisfied! Okay let's go, there's a lot to get done.]

[Right, right... Luke practically glues himself to her side - rather, to the side of her leg. This is kind of embarrassing; she seems to know exactly what to do, and he... does not. At all. And he's not a wolf.]

[Ammy pats his side, looking pleased. It's all good, a week will pass and everything will be fine!

She starts to lead him around. She found a note before, maybe it would be best to find them.]

[Mmm. He looks up at her, looks at that smile on his own face.

... How long has it been since he smiled like that and didn't have to force it? How can she make it so that it belongs there and he can't? And that's his body.

...

He leans his head up to press his cheek to her thigh.

Thanks. This helps more than either of them realize at the moment.]

[She scratches the top of his head, smiling still.]

No... worries.

["No worries."

She even learned how to talk. And she makes him sound so confident and gentle...

Luke looks up at her, something of a smile on his muzzle. Or, well, the best that he can do with a mouth like this.]

Roo-uff. ["No worries", he tries to say.]
