Who: Ghirahim, some helpless NPCs, and YOU
When: right after Ghirahim arrives
Where: The Plaza
Status: open LIKE A BOOK
Warning: mild Skyward Sword spoilers
After such a nice morning, it seems like a travesty that today is not going to be very pleasant for the citizens of Vatheon. Someone looks up at the right moment to see a figure dressed in white standing on one of the branches of the Lamufao, wringing out his soaking-wet red cloak before smiling at theinsects rats humans beneath him. It's not an honest smile at all, and one that's masking barely concealed fury.
"Well. Here I was, going about my business...and what happens? It seems I've been...taken somewhere else entirely." He sweeps his soaking wet cloak behind his shoulder, a grander gesture than it needs to be. His fingers tuck the wet strings of his hair out of his left eye, revealing the black diamond-shaped tattoo on his face.
"And here I thought that it was considered proper etiquette to invite someone to your home, not...steal them away so rudely. For instance..."
The surge of energy from the coral allowed Ghirahim to teleport to the crowd, seizing one of the men and lifting him up by his neck. The screams of fright and the skittering of humanity like so many insects didn't even faze him. "If I were to take one of your own, you would be very distressed! Much like right now. Wouldn't you." He let the man drop to cough and gasp for air. "And to steal away one of my station is far more criminal. Especially when I command the demons that hunt your kind wherever you might be hiding...even at the bottom of the ocean. Then again, how could you know that the one you were stealing was Lord Ghirahim?"
He chuckled as he watched their terrified faces. "You must forgive me for being so uncivil. I've been having a very hard time of things of late..."
An understatement. He wanted to find the sky child and rip him to shreds for what he had done. And the girl as well.
"But if you were to be so kind as to escort me out of your little settlement here, it might improve my mood. I would be far less inclined to murder all of you."

trading gameserrands for starfish tokens, but that didn't mean he wanted to see them hurt or scared! His mouth in a thin line, Sola draws his sword and shield and approaches the so called 'Lord Ghirahim'.
"Hey! Leave them alone!"
no subject
These words came from another youth, with brown hair, who stood with a bicep polishing gesture a few feet away from Sola. He'd apparently arrived just now on his own.
"You're not hurting anyone as long as we're here!"
Nice of you to be so inclusive, Masaru...

The anticipation makes him lick his lips.
He could care less about the other boy. Loud and obnoxious. Easily dismissed.
"Well, don't you look familiar. So the sky boy has cousins at the bottom of the sea..."
This would be his last teleport. He was already drained again. The battle had taken too much out of him. He appeared behind the dark-haired boy, his hands clasping shoulders as he leaned in to speak directly into his ear. "Your relative has given me quite the trouble, you know."
no subject
"Gah!"
The hands on his shoulders make Sola intensely uncomfortable, spine going rigid and knees locking, frozen on the spot.
"W-what are you doing?! Knock it off!"
His discomfort fades to irritation and Sola whirls around, swinging his left hand with the sword around to attempt to shake the self proclaimed Demon Lord from his person as the Hylian's eyes begin to glow red and his skin takes on a darker shade.

Masaru didn't even so much as hesitate before rushing forward and attempting to connect his fist with Ghirahim's jaw.

"Leave them be."
...Unbeknownst to him, it may not have been the best decision to wear the cloak he had received when temporarily a Sheikah.

"So...another dog of Hylia come to gloat. Aren't you satisfied by now? Your hero has done his work. You've won. Are you going to hunt me down like a wounded beast?"

Danse Macabre is rather fitting for this thread, especially if they fight~
Nah, for me it's Ghirahim's music. X3

"That won't do you any good, sir. We're all trapped here together, I'm afraid. Why don't you leave the locals be? I'll explain the situation."
no subject
The look on his face is pure hatred and malice.
"Well, well. If it isn't Her Grace, Hylia..."
His tone is mocking and contains none of the false politeness he demonstrated towards the crowd.
no subject
"I am not the Zelda or the Hylia that you may know. Time has no meaning in this place. If I had to guess, I would say that I am from your future... though we have not met to my knowledge."
She's not sure why she bothers to explain. The princess would rather avoid open hostilities, but telling this man that she isn't the incarnation he knows is not likely to do all that much. Still, it's worth a try.

"I know the reek of the goddess's aura when I smell it," he hissed. He approached slowly, with purpose. "You can be reborn as many times as you like, but I will never forget that stench... Of you, or your chosen hero. Do you think I would just conveniently forget what the two of you did?!"

He stepped forward from the terrified crowd, expression neutral as he spoke, his voice calm and even. "I will escort you."
Serph's appearance was odd, especially compared to the clothing of the locals, and there was a pistol holstered at his hip, though he made no move towards the weapon; he was carefully watching and gauging this newcomer's reaction to his words.
no subject
"So there are some proper manners down here. And proper respect as well." Ghirahim stepped closer to Serph. ...Perhaps a little too close. He scrutinized the mark on the man's face. There was power in the brand, though he couldn't be sure what kind.
"Lead on."
no subject
...Well, the stranger did ask to be escorted out of the 'little settlement'.
Serph didn't offer conversation just yet, allowing the stranger to take in his new surroundings without interruptions, though Serph wouldn't mind answering questions. However, he still kept his attention on the stranger, even if his eyes were looking elsewhere.

"The silent type, I see."
Not that he minded. After all the screaming and whining, the quiet was a blessing.

Oh right, to people watch.
So when she saw Ghirahim's little show, she got up off her bench and walked over to him. Kyouko took a lollipop out of her pocket, unwrapped it and stuck it into her mouth before she bothered to respond.
"What kinda freakshow did you just get out of?" She wasn't exactly thrilled about the treatment of the man, but she kept herself looking almost bored.

Ghirahim's attention was solely on the impudent brat now. "Hmph. I've been told you are little more than intelligent beasts, but now I see the proof of it. Your children are such disrespectful cretins..."
no subject
Because really? Starting off being here like that really wasn't a good idea either.
no subject
In the next instant he lashed out to backhand her against the side of her head. Not his full strength. He didn't want to kill her, as satisfying as it would be. But one of his station, murdering a child, no matter how uppity? What a scandal.

[He seems amused by the man, standing a ways away.]
Aside from that, you look like a drenched child. I think you'd be much more imposing if you were dry.
/finally replies. Sob.
I'm not usually this uncivil. In fact--" He glanced around at the crowd. They immediately began to scatter like insects, and he laughed. "I'm usually quite personable. But when murder is involved...well. I tend to be a bit out of sorts."
/patpats. It's okay~
[He adjusts his glasses easily and pushed his hands into his pockets.]
Mind your manners and you'll make quick allies, so I hear~
