[It was a deafening crash to the ground. Dozens of trees were uprooted or snapped in half in a charred trail that led to a small crater in a clearing. Echos of the rumbling could still be heard tens of minutes after the dust has settled. Though there is still some thick smoke in the hole, one close enough could see that something stirs within. One foot out. And then another. Followed by the swish of a coat's hem and the judging eyes of a man burdened with glorious purpose.
Loki does not like it when things don't go according to plan. He was bound and gagged by his brother and they were on their way back home when a force painfully yanked him from the bridge to Asgard. Now here we was - both drenched in seawater and partially on fire, unscathed but The reason behind the failure of the transport he had yet to discover. Right now he scanned his surroundings and scoffed in disapproval.

It was a realm he had never been in before. It was frustrating because now his body has to adjust itself to the system of mana in this world... that is, if there even is one here. He tried to generate fire. Nothing but sparks.

He's going to need time to figure out his next move, but there would be little of that for now. He can hear someone nearing the crash site, probably to investigate, and Loki had not the energy to teleport, cloak himself or even move. Whoever was approaching, Loki had to at least make sure it was a safe encounter. He can't make enemies now. At least not yet.

He took a throwing knife from a hidden pocket on his back and stabbed himself in the gut without wincing or flinching. He knows it will completely heal before the night is over. And as soon as that someone came into view, Loki put on a panicked face and screamed.]

Help!! Somebody, please!! Help me!!

[He grinned in his mind. So it begins]

[Okay....Bugs was going to have to find someone to complain to about all the dang noise that seemed to happen at odd hours in the forest. He rubbed his eyes and blinked a few times at the scenery.]

[He winced at the yell, ears standing straight out to the side. He rubbed at one before turning back towards the way he was going originally. The rabbit spots Loki and juuuust blinks. Blood. Great. Why did human looking things have to bleed?]

Now calm down, mac before ya tear somethin' else loose.

[A few more lies wouldn't hurt. Besides him feeding off of magic, Loki doesn't trust this stranger just yet. There was magic in him and there are a lot of things a mage can do when you hold someone else's true name. Normally, Loki wouldn't be wary of this since he is a god and good enough to be sorcerer supreme, but right now his defense are down and the best thing he has right now is his tongue]

My name is Tony Stark... I use to be able to jump worlds but right now, my body doesn't work well with the mana system of this world... which is a problem, I have Thor barking and biting at my heels...

[Excellent. She doesn't suspect a thing.]

I owe you thanks... but is it safe there? I worry that he is lurking about us this very moment, or waiting for a chance to strike. What is this world...? Never in my journeys all throughout the Nine Realms have I encountered this world... I pray that he will never have to...

[Loki had at least accomplished two things talking to this man (even though they weren't planned). He has set himself a warning system if ever Thor arrives. They may soon find out that Loki was just lying but it will buy Loki enough time to prepare if ever Thor did follow him here. Second was that he was familiarizing himself with the place. From what he can smell, there is an abundant supply of mana all around. He only needs time to be able to use his magic freely. When that time comes... >:)]

I owe you my thanks, kind stranger... but I wouldn't want to endanger your people by situating myself in public residence. I will trouble you for information about this world... but after that, I must be in hiding...

[Curiosity killed the cat, as they say.

Even with her hood up, she's still somehow able to convey a relaxed expression. For anyone who was truly in distress, it might be calming.]

Don't worry, you're a world away from whatever was happening before you arrived here. Literally.

I've been to quite a few worlds myself, too, but this one is pretty unique. It's called Vatheon.

If he's anything like the Thor I've run into in my world, you don't have much to worry about. As for jumping worlds... I don't think you can do that from here. I don't know exactly why, sorry. I think it might have something to do with the coral, though.

[He was a lot bigger now that he's moved closer. Maybe playing the victim card by itself may not be the best move if he begins to get suspicious. It was time to up his game a bit.]

A man of thunder. He is built like a mountain and treacherous like a storm.

[Loki stands tall, still clutching to the illusion of his wound. He looked at the man in the eye and stood his ground. He needed to be ready to do anything]

He pursues me because he wishes me destruction. Such a monster of a man... I don't know what malice possessed him to be relentless so.

[His ears perk up upon hearing the voice and he spins around, looking a little sheepish at being caught doing "clean up." Embarrassed quickly fades to worried when he spots that wound, though. He rushes over, sniffing here and there and checking to make sure that's the only injury he's got.

Are you okay, bro?] Woo...

[Maybe the stranger meant no harm or anything. But Loki's suspicion hung on him like a cloud. He dropped his guard a bit, but is discreetly keeping a certain distance from him.]

Coral, you say?

[But this wasn't the question he wanted to ask. He eyed the stranger some more, gauging him when Loki asked again.]

Are you not afraid?

You've got to be kidding me :))

[There might be a reason why he's never been to this world before. A sentient man-sized rabbit? A chimera perhaps? Whatever it is, it was a creature Loki has never studied before. The scholar in him is intrigued, but he remains wary if it turns out to be dangerous]

... What manner of being are you, strange one?

That proves to be a problem. There's a way in but no way out...

Hang on... you know of Thor?

I'm sure Loki is clever enough to think of something

[ Considering that most of the gods, minus perhaps two of the elite generals were over the average height of 5'7, it's to be expected that Yasha was much bigger than Loki previously asset. While Yasha is perhaps the most "gentle" of the eight, that doesn't mean he's a push over. Whatever scheme Loki might have in motion might not work on this towering Demigod. ]

[ Yasha had to arch his brow at that. ]

Does this man have a name?

[He blinks, a perfectly innocent expression on his face.]

[Though with power and magical, Loki assumes that the dog is but a child.]

How simple your world must be. It must be so unfair and confusing to have destruction introduced to it.

You make me think of simpler times...

[He crouches down and reaches to pet it, wondering if it will allow it]

In my world, when Yehowah took over, the old gods were cast down as demons. Thor was one of those, so I fused demons to summon him with a function of the Demon Summoning Program. I know, it sounds pretty weird...

Of course, if you feel that necessary. But it isn't as though there are many places to go that aren't public. This place isn't that large.

To start with I suppose that I should explain that we are underwater. The coral I mentioned before maintains the barriers that keep the water from coming in. New people usually arrive over the period of one week per month. If this Thor has not arrived by the end of it then you should be safe for a while.

[Ky is focusing his full attention and as much earnestness as he can muster at Loki. This is an innocent that he has promised to protect, and he's going to do his best to do so.]

His name is Thor. The Thor. If you are not familiar with him, he is known in the Nine Realms as the immortal embodiment of rage and lightning, the god of storm and thunder - Thor.

[Loki started pacing in a circle. He went on and on about Thor, his voice now ringing out across the clearing.]

Now, I wonder what danger I might pose to have a being of such wanton destruction hunt me down, because I clearly am at a loss.

[He threw an innocent look back at the larger man, dropping all pretense of weakness now, feigning it in the hopes of intimidation]

Can you hazard a guess?

I come here an alien in the dead of night, bringing destruction of wake. Have you no fear nor concern?

[There's just a dry smile, although it's gone quick enough.]

You may have found your course altered, somewhat. This place has a tendency for it. I can explain later.

[He dismisses both bow and arrow as if into thin air- although it is more technology than magic- before coming closer. Drawing into a crouch, he begins to inspect the other as best he can without actually touching him.]

I am an accomplished medic. If you will permit a stranger to, I can take care of whatever wounds you possess until escorting you to the city proper.

Cast down as a lower being? Why, yes, that does sound like Thor to me.

[But it was something else that caught his attention]

Demon Summoning, you say? Do you currently possess this power?

[He has his doubts... But then, he's seen people shrug off worse wounds when they wanted to. He backs off for now, though he finds himself wishing he had those healing spells he's seen other people with.

There's no hesitation when Loki reaches out- if there's anything Chibi likes, it's attention and petting.]

[ Yasha knew there was something wrong with this picture and it seems he was proven right. Taking a quick step back once the trickster began to circle him, the Demigod got into his usual stance. The kind of combat Yasha's proficient in looked very similar to Shaolin Kungfu, more specifically the "Xiao Hong Quan" or "Little Red Fist" style. This Kungfu is mainly comprised of quick jabs and powerful kicks. Considering that Yasha's speed was almost unparalleled amongst the Seven Deities, Loki might be in a world of hurt if he tried to attack him outright.

Awaiting for the other to strike, a mighty scowl settled on Yasha's usually stoic face. ]

I know nothing of this Thor or you, but I can tell you're not "innocent" in all this strife.

[Snerk. He can't help but laugh a little.]

I'd have asked Loki what he thought of it but by the time I figured out who he was he was kind of busy trying to violently distract me from getting to my brother.

And... well. Not here. You can't summon anything here, apparently. ... Aside from people, but we can't do that ourselves.

And it doesn't sound like Serph and Ceilo are planting using bombs again, so Duke sets out, his mana swirling in what might feel like a whirlpool with him at the center. He feels the destruction of the trees, the fall into the ground and...

Whoever you are, you feel like nothing Duke has encountered before. Not that his bothers him, even when he catches the scent of blood and cries for aid. ]

Magical healing is something you do not mind? [ Because there seem to be those who don't actually like healing. ]
