Where: Anywhere in the city! He's had a day to come down from the high recuperate from his surgery, and is out exploring and meeting new people.

[Sollux is taking his first few steps alone out on the town, to explore his new home. He arrived blind, but now has two blue robotic eyes - something he needs to have a word with Equius about - and is enjoying a bit of independence after a while of being stuck in bed unable to do anything without assistance.]

Heh. [A smirk, sly, with low eyelids and high raised brows. Summoner soon snaps his wings shut, curling them behind him and lands swiftly on both feet near Sollux.]

And you and I have a date! But you gotta let me in on something first. [Points out and up with both hands, then at Sollux.]

Where diiid~ you get those eyes?

[And there's a yellow flush creeping across Sollux' cheeks. He was just so startled. I mean, that rack is huge, and never mind the wings. And now he sort of gets the flirting]

Uh, Equius made them for me.

[rebull]

[The blush just makes his grin grow wider and he steps closer, bending down to get their faces close so he can stare directly into those two mechanical eyes.]

Hmm, Tinkertot does good work. Do they make everything look different from what you remember? [Hand to his chin again, and yeah, in your bubble, dude.]

[He leans away a bit, the blush turning to a slight scowl]

Tinkertot, that's good. No, things look pretty much the same, maybe a little bluer than I remember. He fucked up, though. Dumbass forgot I have a red eye, too.

[rebull]

Hmm... [Stands straight again, hand slinking into his pockets and he steps back, wings fluttering.]

I don't mind the blue. But at least he did make them for you. He can be a sweet kid. Uh, heh, even if he doesn't usually come off as 'sweet'.

He's a douchebag. [Sorry, inalienable truth here, Summoner, though Sollux is relaxing on that opinion a teeny, tiny bit] I'm surprised you think he's sweet. He treats lowbloods like shit.

Such harsh words, but yeah. We can all be douchebags though.

Heh, yeah, I certainly am not really... for that caste biased bullshit. But I think he's getting better. And with me around his place so much I think I might be making a good impression. Might.

Almost everyone is redeemable.

...Almost everyone. [Yeah, he's willing to concede that, maybe. Anyway, he DID trust Equius to do the surgery, and Gamzee to assist, and that was a pretty huge amount of trust for Sollux. He shrugs] Yeah, we are all douchebags sometimes.

So, we're going on a date?

[rebull]

That's the beauty of it! Everyone having so many sides and interests and feelings. It is really amazing I think.

And yes, a date. [Grins, eyes slimming.] Just you and I~

...Yeah, I guess that is amazing. [He's doubtful, though]

[He pokes Summoner in the chest. flushing a bit, but determined to keep up] Don't forget, no means no!

So where are we going?

[rebull]

I think he'll be okay. I'll make sure to help set the nymph straight.

[A snicker, grinning and watching that hand poke him and slip away.]

Oh, well I am at your mercy, no always means no until given another meaning by my company. As for where we're going well, how about you give me a few hints to your interests. I need a little to go off of, ya know?

Nymph?

[He smiles up at the taller troll, then folds his arms and thinks] Most of my interests involve being inside and alone. I'm a programmer, and hacker. I like computer games, though. That's social. [...sort of]

[rebull]

Yeah, young trolls, nymphs. [A shrug, stepping back again to give him more space.]

Not really. But hey, I could try this computer game thing out. Can you play with other people? [The outdoors meets technology. Have fun Sollux...]

Hmph. [But he smiles anyway]

Yeah, you can, sure! You've never played a computer game? [Shock and horror]

[rebull]

Uh, no, never had the time. You can help change that though?

Yeah, sure! [He's going to kick your ass] Is there an arcade in this city?

[rebull]

Great! [So many times over.] Uh... if there was I wouldn't know about it.

[thekidsare0kay]

Hmm. [Sollux considers that for a moment, then unceremoniously kicks off from the ground, red and blue power coiling around his body as he flies up high and looks around. Arcades are usually pretty obvious]

[rebull]

Oh, flashy. Guess you are Sparky's descendant. [A smirk, pocketing his hands as he looks up, watching.]

[He spots a flashing, lit up building, and gestures to Summoner impatiently]

Come on!

[He grins and points, then starts to hover in that direction, not moving too fast, so Summoner can catch up]

[rebull]

[Hope? Oh come on, these wings can match psionics, kid, troll grown, just like your powers.]

[He leaps up, wings opening and darts in Sollux's direction, matching him but keeping a bit lower.]

[ORLY. Sollux speeds up, grinning as he tries to keep ahead, pushing just a little faster and faster.

He's totally overshot the arcade, but he'll come back to it. Right now it's about a race. Lightshows vs. wings.]

[rebull]

[A wild smirk, as he watches and then boosts his speed as well. Wings make one much more reliable on feats of stupidity daring skill than on powerful mental concentration, so he's darting forward, sometimes with his wings closed behind him, merely shooting through the air like a stream lined bullet fueled by thrust alone.]

Cute, kid, cute.

[And this is where he starts to get lower to the ground, weaving around buildings, taking sharp turns. He saw where the arcade was, it did look a bit obvious, he can get there again. Now he's wondering if Sollux can keep up with some more playful flying, rather than just speed alone.]

[Sollux hisses as Summoner starts to push himself. He's confident he can beat him, though. Though this takes more concentration, he doesn't have to worry about silly things like momentum, lift, and aerodynamics to move himself up, down, or in any direction he wants.

He dives after him, doing a spiral around the flier, then having to pull up short as he nearly collides with a building, so caught up in what he was doing that he wasn't looking at where they were going.

Cursing, he races to catch up]

[A cool head is important! Summoner sees that from a bit away and snickers, taking a hard turn, then another, starting to dive into alley ways, close to the ground. Better not hit anything while you follow! Summoner can just barely navigate his horns through here.]
