It's all just a game to him [OPEN]
Who: A seemingly innocent Fennec fox and YOU
What: All around Vatheon during this week, one might catch a glimpse of, or be harassed by, a small talking blonde-furred fox
When: Any time during the curse
Where: All over Vatheon
Status: Open like so much openness
Style: action
[Throughout the week, while the city has turned dark and gritty, and heroes and villains run rampant, one might have theunfortunate luck of happening upon a small furred creature. And not just any small furred creature. A fox, with large ears, blonde fur, a tail tipped with pale tea green, and... strangely blank, unreflected blue gray eyes.
He may seem cute and innocent, but those who encounter him might be in for more than they want to deal with.]
(ooc: slightly in tandem with this Hilda post. If anyone wants to play out N being a jerky jerk face here would be the place to do it!)

FRIDAY NIGHT
She was freaked out enough not to give up, though. N had left her once, back in their own world. Even if he was cursed, and not in his right mind, the fact that he had disappeared like this all of a sudden brought back the fear that he would leave again, for good this time. ]

With that, he was more used to wandering off at will, knowing that it worried her but finding that he cared... just a little less about it.
When this was over, he was going to regret so much...
But for now, he was having his fun, tormenting those so-called heroes, oblivious to the fact that Hilda was looking for him and his little fox self.]

Enough of a difference that if she were to call out to him, there was a chance he might not answer, just to keep his ability to stay out. She had to move as quietly as she could, and be as stealthy as he could be in order to find him ...
... but that was much easier thought than done. Especially in her current mindset. ]

Suddenly a shop keep cried out, barking out 'GET BACK HERE!' demands to... not a person, but a little animal that was running off with a sausage in his maw. N usually didn't like meat, and that had remained consistent, but he had also gone without much food for most of the week and was getting desperate.]
no subject
That was. Unlike him.
Hilda rushed toward him, and as soon as she was within enough of a distance to grab him, she dove toward the fleeing fox. Her arms were out, ready to snatch him up ... or break some bones, depending on how this played out. ]

With a yelp he was snatched, sausage falling out his mouth as he flailed and squirmed, letting out little yips and even a sharp howl.]

At the moment he appears to be oblivious to the world beyond checking his communicator for any cries of distress.]

[The voice wouldn't come from a person, nor from anywhere close. Instead it was coming from a fox, perched on a tree branch with dull blue gray eyes watching curiously. His tail swayed from side to side slow, and oddly enough, a smirk was on those thin fox lips.]
no subject
You say that as if the ultimate fate of the people of this city is my concern.
no subject
[N doesn't seem surprised by that reaction at all, just... more amused.]

Yotsuba is running over to it to try and pet it.]
no subject
[Wow that's a cranky sounding fox. Obviously he doesn't want to be pet.]
no subject
[Because it's totally normal to talk to foxes and pet them.
She'll be doing that, by the way, if N doesn't move out of the way.]
no subject
[He's moving back. Slowly.]
no subject
She kneels down, and tries to coax it to come towards her]
Hello little one... are you lost?
no subject
But for the moment, the fox will pad over after a curious headtilt. Maybe she'll give him something to eat...]
no subject
You want to come home with me? I'll give you something to eat...
no subject
I hope you're not planning on adopting me. I have a home already.
no subject
... You're not going to turn into my headmaster, are you?
no subject
[he just stares at her expectantly, those bluegray eyes blank as ever]

That bread looks good though...]

His stomach was grumbling something awful by now. But it seemed to pay off as the bread was tossed at him.]
You're kinder than most.
[Did that fox just speak?]
no subject
Dunno for how much longer.
[Suddenly Fai remembers he's not eating and resumes doing so.]
