[Link's arrival to the bubble had shaken Sola so much that he hadn't left the apartment since he'd screamed at the hero via SFC to leave him alone. Nothing bad had happened since however, so Sola decided that maybe this wasn't the end of everything and he could still live his life unbothered.

That's the plan, anyway.

It takes him all morning of puttering around the hive before he stubbornly, finally decides to head out and take a walk through the park, figuring he can just.. hide from Link if he shows up. Or something.

Truthfully he hasn't thought it through all that well but damnit, he needs fresh air. Or as fresh as it can get in a bubble under the ocean.]

[Really Sola's trying to help but he just sounds so smug.]

[Yeah, that tone is kind of making it hard for Lloyd to take the advice to heart.]

There's nothing wrong with my hand. See?

[He tries it again, this time clenching the thing so tightly there's no way it can slip out of his grip. The ball swings around-

-and smacks him right in the face!]

Ow!

[He drops the kendama, hands flying to the bridge of his nose as tears of pain well up in his eyes.]

Now you're doing it too much the other way! There's a middle ground, you know.

[With an exasperated sigh, Sola bends to pick up the kendama, then peers at Lloyd's nose. Or at least tries too with the other boy's hands in the way.]

Are you okay?

[He squeezes his eyes shut, refusing to remove his hands. It doesn't feel broken, but dammit, it hurts.]

'M fine.

[Yeah, that probably sounds like a lie.]

Just gimme a minute, alright?

[Sola regards Lloyd for a moment before letting out a small "oh!" and digging in his hat. He pulls out a card and a puzzle looking something like a rubix cube pops up in hologram form. Solving it handily, the Hylian's left holding a wrapped bandaid in his hand which he then holds out to Lloyd.

Y'know, 'cause bandaids make it feel better. Kid logic.]

Here.

[Lloyd blinks his watery eyes open in time to see the puzzle produce the bandaid in Sola's hand. He blinks again, this time in surprise, and distractedly accepts the offering.]

Thanks?

[Still got his hand on his nose, not really sure what to do with the bandaid. Aren't these things used for bleeding? Fortunately, he's got a more pressing question on his mind.]

What was that thing?

What? Oh, that's just my sylladex! Signless gave it to me so I could keep everything in my hat.

[As if that explains everything.]

A... silly deck?

[Did he really hear that right?]

Oh! So you mean like a wing pack! Wow, I had no idea that someone could make one that small!

It's sylladex, not silly deck. What's a wing pack?

A wing pack is kind of like a backpack, only you can fit even really big things inside. I have no idea how it works, but it's really, really cool! Is that what a sylladex does?

Kind of, yeah! Only it's a card I can fit in my hat and it asks me puzzles in order to get things out. Sometimes when I solve it the thing I want to get out goes flying though so I have to be careful, especially if it's something really big.

That sounds kind of a pain. What if you need to get something out really fast? What if you need something, but you can't figure the puzzle out?

I can always figure the puzzle out. [What do you take him for, Lloyd?!]

[Just assuming that Sola might be a big like him~]
