Who: Shizuo and YOU
Where: The island
When: Friday evening
Style: Whichever
Status: OPEN FOR ALL THE CR

[Shizuo isn't as bothered by this curse as some of the people he's come across thus far. He tends not to be a pretty deep-thinker, and since he's a pretty honest individual, there isn't much for him to hide - with a little exception, but Shizuo has enough of a command on himself to avoid thinking about certain things in public. When he decides to go to the island, it's not with the intent to avoid people - at least, not more than usual - but because spending time here a week prior had shown Shizuo that the beach is nice and calm at night. The stars are especially peaceful.

His thought bubble calmly cycles through words like Izaya, stargazing, telescope, calm as he finishes a cigarette, walking along the water. He pauses and looks up at the night sky, and his bubble seems to pause with him - clearing itself of all text for a brief moment.]

"Good! I'll be attempting a spice cake. Not hot spices of course, it's mostly cinnamon and sugar from what I've read so far. Does that sound alright?"

Oh, Zelda. Going from wanting to be like Izaya in one moment to talking about cake with a big smile the next. It's been a hard week, she can't keep her thoughts completely straight anymore - that and she's gotten into the habit of abruptly changing the subject and her mood when it gets uncomfortable.

"You spoke with Zelos? Did he seem alright?" Zelda looked worried. She'd relaxed just a little, so she forgot to attempt to filter her thoughts. It wasn't the kiss that showed up in her thoughts, it was the aftermath - Zelos sitting on his bed and hugging her around the waist like a child as she stood nearby with a hand on his head. She blanched as soon as she realized that Shizuo had seen.

"Please, ah... please do not tell him that you saw that. I don't think he'd... he wouldn't be pleased."

"Oh! You mean you sparred?" She was a little surprised that Zelos would consider it. She knew that Shizuo was (physically) far stronger than Zelos, though she was fairly certain that Zelos knew a little magic. There was just no way that he could cast and keep out of Shizuo's reach, was there? A surprisingly accurate portrayal of the fight played out in her thought bubble... accurate down to the point at which Zelos needed to fly. In Zelda's thoughts, he did not fly and Shizuo's hit connected.

"That's... hmm."

"He flew?"

This was evidently news to Zelda. She imagined it somewhat like the way that Vegeta flew (she had witnessed it once, though she never did get a chance to speak to him). It must be another effect of his altered mana state. If he wasn't so touchy I'd study it... She then recalled her own experience with flight, zipping over the island with Lysunder. She liked and trusted the Summoner, certainly - but if she'd known that Zelos could fly, that would have been far simpler.

"I apologize, I didn't intend to make you reveal something you didn't want to. I will not be spreading it around, I assure you."

Her thoughts were filled with what sort of wings he might have. Large, white angel's wings? No, Zelos is pretty devilish - bat's wings? Insect wings like Lysunder? Maybe transparent wings made of mana, since he didn't show any physical signs of having a wing structure on his body.

Which she has seen naked before. Sorry Shizuo, you probably didn't want to see that.

It didn't even occur to her to be embarrassed. She had been thinking of it, yes, but more like one would think of an anatomical drawing than anything else.

"Flight is always something that I've wished I could do. They say that ancient Hylians came from the sky and were carried around by guardian birds of some sort. That is what the red bird on my usual clothing signifies," she explained, imagining said pattern.
