The Otaku Queen is here
Who: Renge and all the heroes, villains and just anyone.
Where: All over the city
When: Today and during the whole day
Style: Prose for the main part, but afterwards anything goes.
Status: Open
Renge really wasn't the normal kind of villain. No, she didn't hate people for one reason for another nor did she really do the whole life of crime thing, unless of course she wanted to film it or something, then she'd just get someone else to do it for her movie. But Renge was the type of girl who made others do her work and she'd just sit at home and do whatever she wanted; even if it meant using people by force to do the scenes she wanted from her favorite video games.
So it wasn't a surprise that today, Renge was just plain bored and the usual entertainment just wasn't cutting it. Today, she thought. Today maybe now was the time to go out and get more 'actors', puppets for whatever weird thing she wanted. Besides for some cases it wouldn't be so hard to control them. But that wasn't what she was after. Oh no, this time she wanted to go after someone who could at least put up a fight. That in her mind was more entertaining.
Walking over towards the closet, she stepped inside, her costume ready and waiting to go as she got dressed. Once her little crown was placed on her head, she made her way over to one of her many high powered motors. Now was the time to go out there and just have some fun herself without her lackeys. With the power of the motor she was raised up and up towards the city, and upon getting closer started off her unique laugh.
"Ohhohohohoho~" Who she wonders is about is anyone's guess, but never the less she was going to enjoy being in it, instead of on the outskirts.

"Quite the laugh, there," said a girl one lane over on the highway Renge happened to be driving down.
The girl's motorcycle was clearly customized, and probably laden with equipment - many superheroes did that - but she had no mask or helm to indicate any super-related nature - though her hair's split tone certainly wasn't usual. Her gaze, while casual, was clearly watching this girl who had just laughed so openly.
More obvious on a second glass was that it was actually a large motorscooter - more stable and more controlled.
"You're new to this place, I presume?"
no subject
"You could say that." In a fact she had been here awhile, her family having arrived here some time ago for business. "But yes, my laugh is one suited for someone as important as moi."
no subject
Pascal's focus kept impassive. "Tell me, have you heard of Fodra?"
The quickest way to catch a Fodran attacker was to test their reaction to that question - a Fodran always reacted with ridiculous levels of pride towards their home dimension. Part of their nature.
If not, this girl was either a supervillainess, or some kind of crazed hobbyist. Not Pascal's issue, necessarily, but stopping her might be worthwhile anyways.
no subject
"If it's a country, maybe I should visit someday."
no subject
"I don't think you'd want to visit that world. They're kind of obsessed with destroying or 'evolving' all of humanity. And their idea of evolution is, uh, kinda creepy."
Pascal scratched her head a bit. "So, what kinda routine do you have going here? I mean, I've been kinda pulled here recently so I dunno what the local super scene is like, yanno?"
no subject
"I'm just going out on the town, taking a look around and seeing what's here. That's all."
no subject
"Fair enough." Why did she sound so trusting?
Well, apparently Renge wasn't one of her enemies so...
"Got any cool super powers, by any chance? I've been wanting to see a few since I got here.
no subject
To her she felt like ti was fair, she was curious to know what others might have and how it might be a nuisance to her.
no subject
"Oh, that's easy! It's not like I've got a secret identity or anything. I just use high-tech gizmos to face down Fodrans."
no subject
"So you have no special powers then?"
no subject
"Nope! Give me the right tools and I can fight 'em without! They don't adapt easily to anything that isn't all arcanish, so powers would just get in the way! Though flight would be pretty cool."

Pascal thinks for a few seconds before she starts answering. If Renge reads her mind, she can tell Pascal is being totally honest.
"Well, honestly, that would depend. Are they just reading, or are they influencing? I'd they're controlling my mind, do they just turn me into a faceless minion, or do we get something more interesting for the viewers to watch? Do I act like a zombie, or some totally weird alternate personality? I mean there's a lot of factors involved. You'd need to get more specific before I could really answer."
... And she didn't even realize what she was walking into saying all that... Was she really the hope of another world?
no subject
With her hands lightly on top of one another, she was really wondering what kind of people would think that this would be considered a hero of their world. While the idea was neat and could make an interesting game, she just wondered.
"It depends on the individual, which in this case I can't really explain. Many different people would do a many different thing, wouldn't you agree?"
no subject
"Well, yeah, but some of the results are so much more boring than others. Particularly in masked-hero stuff; if you're just turning someone into a rubbersuit monster for the episode, that's honestly pretty cheesy."

And then Pascal blinked a few times.
"... Wait. Why am I going into this?"
no subject
"You know, we could probably make a much better show than most people could."
(Right account this time...)
"Wait. What? I dunno anything about..."
Oh, crap. Themed villain. "Oh."
no subject
no subject
"Y-you're not convincing me that easily! I'm not just giving in and following some evil scheme to... Whatever, damn it!"
Pascal started reaching for one of her pockets, clearly intent on finding some evil-fighting tool of some sort...
no subject
"Never said anything about it being evil. You just jumped to that conclusion. It's more like acting. The people are actors mostly."
no subject
"Yeah, right. That kind of gimmick isn't something heroes do, and now I gotta stop you!"
Where were those gas bombs...
no subject
no subject
"Somehow, I don't believe you," Pascal responded, tensing up. Well, if she didn't have the bombs, a straight fight would have to do...
no subject
"It's such a shame. I'm sure it would have much such a wonderful movie. You could have been a star"
no subject
"You going to try overpowering me into this, or not?", Pascal responded. "Because clearly the movie trick isn't gonna work."
Finally, she started walking in.
no subject
no subject
"And if that isn't enough?"
no subject
no subject
"So no issues with superheroes before, then? That could be disappointing."
no subject
no subject
"And your own thing is movies, recorded off of the..."
Pascal paused, realizing she'd lost her sense of her lines. This wasn't a usual superheroic situation. She was sure this girl was a problem, but she wasn't sure what to say or do precisely.
Fodrans were so much easier to face...
no subject
Of course, Renge had started to slip off into her own world a tiny bit, but never the less her mind was still as focused as anything, or trying to.
no subject
"... Something still seems wrong here," Pascal said, still seemingly unconvinced that this girl was all innocent, but not quite able to flat-out accuse her of anything...
no subject
no subject
Damn it. Pascal knew she was right, but she didn't want to admit it.
"What if I told you I didn't know the laws?"
She did know that one, honestly - and back home, her Shoot First permissions were explicitly limited to Fodrans - but maybe a little pressure would get Renge to do something stupid?
Maybe.
no subject
no subject
"Nope! Especially since I only just showed up here."

Yukiko was good at blending in crowds considering how...different she was. That's why she was in Vatheon to begin with; hoping to find someone who can help her control something inside of her. But she was too lost in thought to notice Renge's vehicle coming towards her until it was too late to move. But it didn't mean she wasn't protected...by the chance that a few trash cans found themselves barreling towards the car. If the otaku would notice, she was huddled down on her knees.
no subject
The car was suddenly stopped, causing Renge to nearly fall over and be very unladylike and that was something that in a way was nearly unforgivable. Getting out of the car, her heels clattering upon the stone floor, she made her way over in full Otaku costume.
"Hello, miss. Can you please stop huddling down for a moment so we can talk." She said all the while a fan sat in hand hands, Renge lightly hitting it against her palm.
no subject
She looked up slightly to see someone her age staring back at her. Oh boy, this was bad.
"I...I'm sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going!"
no subject
"Things happen, I guess. But it appears that my care was damaged. May I ask how without lifting them did you manage to use trash cans to damage the car? Do you have some kind of abilities?"
no subject
"Abilities? I-I don't have any..."
no subject
Whatever she was planning it either wasn't good, or she just wanted to talk. Right now she wanted to talk and get to understand her better.
no subject
"Really, it's not needed. I don't have much money now but I'll find a way to pay for any damages!"
no subject
"it's not money I want. I'm not as stupid as people like to believe I am. I know what I saw and I think I could help you."
no subject
Yukiko was getting a bad feeling about all of this and the fact that she could hear the voices coming into her head again didn't help matters. All it did was give her one big headache and the feeling of just running away from this girl.
