A good old game of volleyball

Where: The island, the beach
When: July 13th
What: Minako sets up a game of beach volleyball and hopes people will join her.
Style: Any is fine.

[Minako smiled as she had finished drawing lines in the beach, her nice little game of volleyball was slowly, but surely getting underway, but the thing she lacked and the thing that was so needed was two teams to be able to actually play the game. So, sitting down on the edge, leaning back and trying to at least catch some sun, she waits and hoped that someone, anyone would come and enjoy themselves here.]

[Today was one of those days where Bianca thought it would be a good idea to go up to the island! It's been a while since she went up there and her pokemon needed a good walk up in the sun too!

However as she began walking around, she couldn't help but notice something.]

Hm, what's going on over there?

[She looked up slightly.]

Oh, hi. Well, I was hoping that people would come and play a fun game of volleyball. But so far, no one has come.

[Then Bianca looked back at her pokemon and then back at Minako]

Well then, how do you feel about playing with me and some pokemon? They might look like they're really strong but I can promise you that they're going to play fair and square!

I can trust you on that! [And she's damn proud of it!]

[She pauses to think about it for a moment. It certainly would be an interesting challenge and one that could in a sense test her ability to still play the game and play it well. So with a firm nod she stood up.]

Sure, why not. it might be fun.

[With a smile on her face and looking back at the pokemon, she gave a cheer!]

Okay then! Let's see here...there's you and me...and 6 other pokemon...

[Now she's thinking who would be able to make a good team. Hm...]

You there! You two come with me!

[When Mienshao and Simisage went over to her, the rest of the pokemon just gave her and Minako a glare. "WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF US?!"]

[Well since Minako wasn't exactly sure what to do, the glaring just made her that tiny bit nervous.]

Looks like you know what you're doing. I have no idea myself.

[Don't mind them, they're just teasing. However once the two pokemon made their way over to Bianca, she smiled at them.]

Okay, I think we're set! We're ready whenever you are!

[Oh, it meant she was ready. Okay, this really shouldn't be hard. Well that was just what she hoped, but she knew deep down it would be. Getting into position, she threw the ball up, hitting it as it came down and sent it thankfully over the net. Now all she had to do was move about and wait for the ball to come back.]

[Luckily, her Pokemon had the basic idea of how to play volleyball. The problem was not hitting it too hard. So when Minako was sending the ball their way, Emboar was trying to hit the ball as lightly as he could.

It barely went over the net but it did manage to go over to Bianca's side.

Of course, she wasn't that great at the sport so don't mind the ball heading over your way Minako!]

[Minako carefully watched the ball before running towards it, jumping and hitting it back over lightly. For now she had chosen not to spike it as hard as she could. No, first she wanted to at least have some hits first.]

[As an athlete, Tetsuya is aware that he still needs doing some daily practice here. Or else his stamina will get decreased. However, He hasn't find a suited place yet to play Basketball and practice shooting. It is so happened that he encountered Minako when he is jogging around. Volleyball, huh?]

I'd like to be your companion. But I am not really familiar with Volleyball yet. Please, teach me.

[She had been waiting for at least ten minutes before he had come. So when he spoke she look rather happy to see that there was someone here. She quickly standing up, she made her way over. Yep, she was happy.]

I'll be happy to teach you?!

[Wow. Tetsuya didn't expect that she will be so exaggerated. Reminds him of his old Basketball team manager.]

I hope I wouldn't be a burden, since I am a total beginner.I really used to play Basketball, though.

[He picks the ball and tried to get the feel of it.]

[Well, she's never really taught before, but being a leader of various things should help. At least that's what she likes to think.]

Very well, then we'll take things one step at a time. After all they say slow and steady wins the race.

[Kuroko is being a good boy like usual. He nods. Honestly, he is not often to see volleyball game. However, He knows how the game play.]

Shall we start, then.

[He lifts the ball and try remembering how to give a serve. Afterward, he toss the ball up in the air, only to smash the ball to the sand downward. Fail serve is fail.]

[Minako folds her arms across her chest. Well, at least he knew to throw the ball up ion the air. It's a start, it's a good start.]

Close. But you need to get the ball over the net, so when you serve you have to aim upwards and over.

It's what it looks like, it's beach volleyball. If you don't know what it is, I'll be happy to teach you?

[She moves in closer, lightly taking him by the arm.]

W-What are you-- [ He's squirming. A lot. But she's dragging him, at least. ]
