A good old game of volleyball

Who: Minako Aino and Open to all who want to join in.
Where: The island, the beach
When: July 13th
What: Minako sets up a game of beach volleyball and hopes people will join her.
Style: Any is fine.

[Minako smiled as she had finished drawing lines in the beach, her nice little game of volleyball was slowly, but surely getting underway, but the thing she lacked and the thing that was so needed was two teams to be able to actually play the game. So, sitting down on the edge, leaning back and trying to at least catch some sun, she waits and hoped that someone, anyone would come and enjoy themselves here.]

Now you'll have to try and hit the ball back over the net. [With that she raises the ball, throws it up into the air and hits it over. Good luck with that.]

Oh... okay.

[ And suddenly, he teleports in a flash of light. He reappears right in front of the ball, and hits it... right into the net, instead of over it. The look of frustration on his face can't be overstated. ]

[Poor Mithos... At least you move faster than most people... Even if it was teleporting.]

Good try, usually it does take a bit before people manage to hit it over, but practice makes perfect.

[ He huffs, and rolls the ball across the sand back at her. ]

W-Whatever. Let's try again.

[She goes to pick up the ball.]

Okay, we'll see what happens this time.

[She throws it up in the air and hits it over.]

[ Well, she didn't seem to have a problem with him teleporting before. When she hits the ball over, Mithos attempts to teleport yet again, and this time, reappears directly under the ball. He hits it; and it goes straight up, and not over the net. ]

Ugh.

[She chuckles slightly. At least he's trying as she goes to fetch the ball once more.]

Moving is one thing, aiming is something completely different.

And you're going to tell me how, right?

I'm not sure it's something one can teach how to aim. Except keep your eyes out at where you want to and aim for it. Only difference is you aim diagonally, instead of forward or up.

Well... okay. Let's try again, then.

Okay. Lets try this again.

[Once more she throws it up and hits it over.]

[ And once more, he teleports to where the ball is, attempting to hit over over... and this time, while it does go over the net, it hits the net on the way over. He's not sure if that counts or not. ]

[In this case so long as it goes over, it's fine.]

Hey, you did it you got it over the net.

[She claps slightly as she lets the ball hit the floor. Since it's only practice she's not counting it as an actual game. Teach first, game possibly later.]
