[OPEN] The sleeper has awakened
Who: Serph and YOU!
Where: Near the Forest Quadrant (or on the island, by the beach)
When: The entire curse week
Style: [Brackets] preferred!
Status: WIDE OPEN
[Serph had been put to sleep for nearly a month.
In that time, Sera and Gale had left Vatheon, the coral had been broken and fixed, and the resultant water damage had wrecked the garden that he and many friends had cultivated together. Most of the flowers died from being submerged in salt water for so long, and even the saplings and rose bushes are looking worse for wear. And many of the gifts from his friends have either been washed away or heavily damaged by the water.
Serph's first instinct had been to tear a local apart (he had been hungry), but he'd held himself back, remembering what he'd told Ky. But the killing of locals stops now. He doesn't need to eat people. Not any more.
All week, Serph will either near the Forest Quadrant, picking through the garden surrounding his Tribe's base to see what can be salvaged, or up on the island in his demon form as he returns to the shore after hunting in the sea. He's always happy to talk with people, new and old, though people who know him may find him slightly more forthcoming than usual. But only slightly.]

Do you want me to show you?
no subject
But on the other hand, it obscures the intent from words and phrases he doesn't understand. Is it something he is not going to like, or is Angelo acting like it will be as a joke or as some kind of backwards test of trust?
He stalls with a response he'd give anyone.]
What does it entail?
no subject
I speak words into your ear that sound nice. Enticing words that might help me get you to say yes for a dinner date?
no subject
Serph shakes his head.]
I do not wish to be wooed.
[He especially does not want to go on a dinner date. He can't stop his next words.]
I don't think it's wise.
no subject
Why isn't it wise to do?
no subject
I feel something bad will happen.
[He closes his eyes.]
no subject
Something bad? What could be bad? You trust me, don't you?
no subject
I'm not certain I trust myself.

You're not an evil person, Serph. Your heart is too pure and shines with a light that reaches out to others around you.
no subject
Instead, he just allows the water to wash over his feet, gaze distant, watching birds fly in the blue sky that so confused him in the past.]
no subject
Serph, no matter what happens... I'll never betray you or turn you away. I don't care what your past is, I care about the you in front of me.
no subject
Thank you.

Let's watch the sunset shall we? I come up here most of the time watch it.
no subject
And so he watches the sunset with Angelo, before they return to the city when it starts to get dark.]
