Carnival Outing
Who: Kimbutt and Vanitass
Where: The Carnival
When: Backdated to Tuesday
Style: Whatever
Status: Closed.
[One of the best souvenirs someone could get was something potentially black mail worthy. He had wanted to scope out the photo on the screen just to see if the other was afraid on his first roller coaster ride. After seeing the image, he decided to get a couple copies of it. It’ll be worth the look he will receive when Kimblee sees it.
Speaking of his companion, where did he go?
Once the photos were printed out, he decided to look around for Kimblee. Maybe he should have attached a pompom to his head to make him easier to find.]

[Teasing.
Totally worth the joke to see that face.]
Then I'll have to figure out how to... [Want some more mixed signals Kimblee? Vanitas will kiss just behind Kimblee's ear.] Entice you.
[Letting go to regain his own personal space as he hummed.]
no subject
[Vanitas you are making his life that much harder to deal with.
......ESPECIALLY THAT. WHAT.
DOES NOT COMPUTE.]
...You're really asking for trouble, aren't you?
no subject
[Junk food has all the nutrients and if they misbehave he can duct tape them to the wall.]
I do like trouble.
[Sliding both of his hands into his pockets. He might be taking advantage of the whole Kimblee-wouldn't-actually-do-anything thing.
Well anything beyond kissing.]
no subject
[Or the ceiling!]
I'll deal with that later.
[He reaches out to link his arm with Vanitas' and gives him a light tug forward. They're up next!]
no subject
[Selim seems easy, but Vanitas doesn't even want to go near to see for himself. All the U N S U R E about that kid. Seriously Kimblee, the company you keep.
He's not going to really bring back a kid. Would be funny to borrow one for a couple hours just to see Kimblee's reaction, but Vanitas was likely to go drown one in a tub or drop it off in the snow on the Island if it was that bothersome.]
I can hardly wait. [Tugged and going to take up lead again. When the doors opened and they were up, he'll continue this "gentlemen" thing and walk Kimblee to a car. Vanitas will even go as far as to open it for him.]
no subject
[Well. Actually it's the other way around. He doesn't need to bring home living snacks or take him out for one. Or two.
...Or three.
REALLY, IT'S KIND OF A MESSY MESS. And one he dosen't really like watching too much because of reasons.]
You enjoy abusing me, don't you? [He's all fine and dandy with Vanitas keeping up the charade--it's actually pretty fun being treated like this!] But I'll forgive you for it just this once.
no subject
[Bit of a grin as he bumped his forehead against Kimblee's.]
You like it. [That might have came out as a purr. He was having fun with this...whatever it was as well.]
And if I wanted it held against me? [Smirking as he looked around for his own rubber covered whale car.]
no subject
[Vanitas you are going to make him hate this curse before it even comes close to ending.]
Forward, aren't we? [He looks at his own for a moment before he squeezes in, shifting a bit until he's at least a little comfortable.] I suppose you'll have to carry me, then.
no subject
[He'll plant a hand on the side of the car to tug on the belt.] Be sure to buckle up.
[Yuuuup. There will probably be an increase in showers, huh? He's going to really milk this for all it's worth.]
I can be. [A pause.] When it's about something I want. [He won't clarify if he's serious or not. Closing the door to Kimblee's cart.] Only if you're prepared for a repeat of last time.
[Giving a wink before he made the trek to the other side to claim a red whale cart there. He made sure to pick one Kimblee's cart wasn't facing to give himself the upper hand. Settling in and putting on the strap.]
no subject
sort of remembers driving into the ditch when he was learning how to drive and that was before seatbelts, so he's definitely buckling up.
And then he's going to make a face as Vanitas retreats out of his line of sight, leaving Kimblee to check out the interior. Okay, this was more or less straight forward! This shouldn't be too bad, right? ...Right?]
no subject
Vanitas might actually pause to socialize long enough to gain some allies for the attack. Aren't you proud, Kimblee?
Strapping himself in and waiting for the cars to be turned on. His foot hovered over the pedal as he turned the wheel towards Kimblee. If he's taking all of these advantages for only bumper cars, imagine all the other little games he might try to set up in his favor!
Music was turned on first as some local went around to check that everyone was secured. Kimblee wanted something that could get stuck in your head, right?
Ready? There was the buzzard sounding LOUD as the cars were turned on!
Vrooooom. He was going straight for the other.]
no subject
Hell.
Yes.
The first thing he heard after the buzz was a different pair of cars colliding into each other, earning a sharp laugh from the alchemist. It wasn't the best, but it was still a wonderful sound! This--Oh, this may as well make up for that little slip-up in the haunted house!
Even when Vanitas slammed into him from behind and sent him into the wall ahead, Kimblee was still laughing. It didn't take him long to figure out the gist of things, so once the car stopped moving he turned it around (after a few unsuccessful attempts that resulted in him spinning a few times) and shot towards Vanitas.]
no subject
He could put together what he was laughing about.
Vanitas was going to have a hard time keeping that smile off his face if he keeps heating that smile. After their impact, he wasted no time angling his cart away. He slammed in to a kid next before bumping against the wall to get rear ended by another person.
Come get him before there are too many in between.]
no subject
He's not sorry, people. He has a target to go for, and he'll get to him even if it means knocking your kids into another kid for it. Come at him, bro.]
no subject
BOOM! And Vanitas was now bouncing against a wall. He will look for the other before locating his SFC. Say cheese :D
Probably a dumb idea to try to get a pic of the other. Especially with someone else slamming in to him.
Nearly dropping it before turning it around again. Kimblee probably had a considerable amount of time to actually catch up as Vanitas headed back to the pile up, but was going to skirt around it.
Come on people, it wasn't that hard to figure out.]
no subject
Maybe it was a good thing that Vanitas could stick out lik a sore thumb with that hairstyle.
Time to put the pedal to the metal and close in on him--incoming from the side!]
no subject
His hair is the best, okay. Sea urchins need those spikes. It helps them from being eaten by predators!
When Kimblee gets his side, Vanitas will turn the wheel so the nose of his car will get Kimblee again.]
no subject
And there he goes right off course again. That little tap was enough to nudge him into the path of an incoming car which in turn pushed him into a pair that just collided, eventually resulting in another small pile-up. This time? Kimblee was caught in the middle of it all.
Of course that's not stopping him from keeping his eyes on Vanitas the entire time.]
no subject
Pfffft. Sucks to be you, Kimblee. He'll just blow a kiss as he continues getting away from the pile up. It would be funny if Kimblee wound up stuck there the rest of the time. In the meantime, Vanitas will slam in to some others.]
no subject
PEOPLE THIS IS NOT WORKING.
NO. GO THAT WAY--NO THE OTHER WAY--Oh for the love of Lamufao does he have to do everything himself? He shoots Vanitas a frown as he tries to jockey his way out of the pile-up, only to get... well...
Someone just got shoved right back into it. THIS IS NOT GOING AS PLANNED.]
no subject
He's going to risk being slammed in to by a couple of people as he comes to a halt. Taking a pic of that frown.
Vanitas will consider helping.
He doubts he can do much. Oh well. It's excuse to slam in to a bunch of people. If it helps, it helps. If not, that would be funny as well. Pressing the pedal down as he avoided hitting others for maximal dramage. Vroooom.
And bumping fast in to the rear.]
no subject
Until then, he'd focus on getting out of this mess by turning the wheel one way to try and get dislodged, and when that doesn't work? He tries the other way! Back and forth, back and forth--Okay this isn't working at all--WAIT. Wait, There we go! It's going slow, but it's working a little bit!
...Now if people would just calm their fins with the pedals.]
lame tag is lame
And there goes that again and the music was stopped. Whoops. Looks like the ride was over. There was some voice over the speaker directing people to take off their seat belts and where to find the exit.
Vanitas climbed out and stretched out as he looked for his companion. He had been looking around for someone taller for a moment before once again he's reminded that the other was shorter. And close to the same height as a number of others. Definitely liking that spring antenna idea again. Something that lit up so he cans pot him from across the Carnival event.]
no this is
When he found him, Kimblee approached him from behind to wrap his arms around the other and pressed his face between his shoulders. While he was silent for the moment, there was no hiding the way his body shook even when he tightened his grip.]
Simply amazing, Vanitas. The sounds, the feeling--Wonderful!
[THIS IS THE BEST THING IN THE CITY.]
no subject
Here I thought I saw it all. [Placing his hand over Kimblee’s hand to give it a squeeze. It was tempting to just stand there for as long as the other wanted. Turning his head to try to look at him.]
We can do it again. [Helping himself to sliding his fingers between Kimblee’s.]
