Carnival Outing
Who: Kimbutt and Vanitass
Where: The Carnival
When: Backdated to Tuesday
Style: Whatever
Status: Closed.
[One of the best souvenirs someone could get was something potentially black mail worthy. He had wanted to scope out the photo on the screen just to see if the other was afraid on his first roller coaster ride. After seeing the image, he decided to get a couple copies of it. It’ll be worth the look he will receive when Kimblee sees it.
Speaking of his companion, where did he go?
Once the photos were printed out, he decided to look around for Kimblee. Maybe he should have attached a pompom to his head to make him easier to find.]

BOOM! And Vanitas was now bouncing against a wall. He will look for the other before locating his SFC. Say cheese :D
Probably a dumb idea to try to get a pic of the other. Especially with someone else slamming in to him.
Nearly dropping it before turning it around again. Kimblee probably had a considerable amount of time to actually catch up as Vanitas headed back to the pile up, but was going to skirt around it.
Come on people, it wasn't that hard to figure out.]
no subject
Maybe it was a good thing that Vanitas could stick out lik a sore thumb with that hairstyle.
Time to put the pedal to the metal and close in on him--incoming from the side!]
no subject
His hair is the best, okay. Sea urchins need those spikes. It helps them from being eaten by predators!
When Kimblee gets his side, Vanitas will turn the wheel so the nose of his car will get Kimblee again.]
no subject
And there he goes right off course again. That little tap was enough to nudge him into the path of an incoming car which in turn pushed him into a pair that just collided, eventually resulting in another small pile-up. This time? Kimblee was caught in the middle of it all.
Of course that's not stopping him from keeping his eyes on Vanitas the entire time.]
no subject
Pfffft. Sucks to be you, Kimblee. He'll just blow a kiss as he continues getting away from the pile up. It would be funny if Kimblee wound up stuck there the rest of the time. In the meantime, Vanitas will slam in to some others.]
no subject
PEOPLE THIS IS NOT WORKING.
NO. GO THAT WAY--NO THE OTHER WAY--Oh for the love of Lamufao does he have to do everything himself? He shoots Vanitas a frown as he tries to jockey his way out of the pile-up, only to get... well...
Someone just got shoved right back into it. THIS IS NOT GOING AS PLANNED.]
no subject
He's going to risk being slammed in to by a couple of people as he comes to a halt. Taking a pic of that frown.
Vanitas will consider helping.
He doubts he can do much. Oh well. It's excuse to slam in to a bunch of people. If it helps, it helps. If not, that would be funny as well. Pressing the pedal down as he avoided hitting others for maximal dramage. Vroooom.
And bumping fast in to the rear.]
no subject
Until then, he'd focus on getting out of this mess by turning the wheel one way to try and get dislodged, and when that doesn't work? He tries the other way! Back and forth, back and forth--Okay this isn't working at all--WAIT. Wait, There we go! It's going slow, but it's working a little bit!
...Now if people would just calm their fins with the pedals.]
lame tag is lame
And there goes that again and the music was stopped. Whoops. Looks like the ride was over. There was some voice over the speaker directing people to take off their seat belts and where to find the exit.
Vanitas climbed out and stretched out as he looked for his companion. He had been looking around for someone taller for a moment before once again he's reminded that the other was shorter. And close to the same height as a number of others. Definitely liking that spring antenna idea again. Something that lit up so he cans pot him from across the Carnival event.]
no this is
When he found him, Kimblee approached him from behind to wrap his arms around the other and pressed his face between his shoulders. While he was silent for the moment, there was no hiding the way his body shook even when he tightened his grip.]
Simply amazing, Vanitas. The sounds, the feeling--Wonderful!
[THIS IS THE BEST THING IN THE CITY.]
no subject
Here I thought I saw it all. [Placing his hand over Kimblee’s hand to give it a squeeze. It was tempting to just stand there for as long as the other wanted. Turning his head to try to look at him.]
We can do it again. [Helping himself to sliding his fingers between Kimblee’s.]
no subject
Tomorrow or the next. I don't want to overwhelm myself, after all. [A beat, and he turns his head to eye the cars, then the floor, then he lightly tugs Vanitas back a bit awkwardly.] We should probably get off the floor before the next round starts.
no subject
[He will do something incredibly stupid.
And tugged back. Careful or they both will go stumbling.] Feel free to get on my back. [Like it wasn't a big deal to carry him around.]
no subject
[So judgemental, Vani.
That little offer, though? That makes Kimblee study Vanitas' back for a few moments before he removed his arms from around his middle to grab onto his shoulders, then he jumps up and...
Well.
He's pretty much going full Koala here.]
Better?
no subject
[There. He said it. Don't get all sulking on him.
Vanitas will hook his arms under Kimblee's legs. Then he'll head out of the bumper car space as people were starting to pile on in.]
Much. Where to next?
no subject
[He won't sulk, but he'll tighten his arms around Vanitas' neck for a second or two as he starts to walk before he eventually settles and rests his head on a shoulder.]
...Surprise me. [A beat.] Though I'd appreciate it if it wasn't something that would make me lose my lunch.
no subject
[Thinking about what they had there. Merry-go-round was out of the question. Not really wanting to do the petting zoo.]
Do you like getting wet?
no subject
[But Vanitas, the goats! And baby chickens! and ducklings!]
Considering I'm borrowing your clothes at the moment, yes.
no subject
[Rubbing the side of his face against his partner's.]
I see. Only when you're in my pants that you like getting wet. [Shifting his hands higher up Kimblee's legs as he headed for where the water rides were.]
no subject
[He tilts his head away a bit at first just to spite Vanitas, but eventually he settles it back down.]
Forgive me for disliking to ruin my good suits. I've already had two ruined within a year thanks to certain things.
no subject
[Hey. No. He didn't say Kimblee could do that. After Kimblee settled back, he will turn his head to try to nip at his ear.] You are cute. Especially when get excited over things. [And it did something weird on the inside for Vanitas that he wasn't sure if he wanted to deal with.
And the kiss did something similar. Grumbling under his breath against the other before deciding to just focus on getting to the ride.]
Feel free to ruin my clothes. [He only had any sort of attachment to a couple of things, but it was all easily replaceable.]
no subject
[Vanitas, you may want to get that checked out. They might be ulcers or something worse. When he grumbles, Kimblee nudges his shoulder with his chin, one brow arched in a silent question.
What?]
I doubt they'll be ruined unless they shrink.
no subject
Cute. Cute. Cute. Cute. [At this point, he's being a brat. Dropping his voice low.] Cute.
[He'll just pretend he didn't see that questioning look.]
Shrink, huh? [Making it look like he's actually pondering it as he tilted his head away from Kimblee.] That would be better. Especially if you're still wearing them.
no subject
[Kimblee shifts on his back a bit when he started to slip down, huffing a bit. Seriously, Vanitas. You're so stubborn.]
Do you really want me to lose circulation in my legs?
no subject
[He'll help!
If "helping" can translate him moving one arm to place his hand under Kimblee's rear that is. Just to help him up before adjusting his grip so both arms were hooked around Kimblee's thighs. Someone was totally taking advantage of this.
He was smiling at the huffing.]
You could always just take it off if that happens.
