Who: A returned Johnny and anyone passing by
Where: Thefountain plaza
When: Afternoon
Status: Open
Style: Action
[Things were probably peaceful, as peaceful as they can be in Vatheon, until there was a sudden splash from the fountain where a very soaked man in a bathrobe and an equally drenched and miserable cat now sat.
The cat swam over to the edge of the fountain and hopped out onto the side before shaking herself and proceeding to try and make her fur behave.
Johnny, however, was still. It was like a tidal wave had overrun his brain as thoughts and feelings and memories came rushing back. The plan to escape, his 'love letters' to Charley, the message hidden in the Sudoku puzzles...it all seemed dull and distant. The replicas...he had clones wandering around in the world and he'd never known. Those poor bastards who got stuck with him as an original.
And there was Mailer. That probably pissed him off the most: knowing that the fact he'd let himself be used by that man just to get his guard down was now pointless...]
I need a shower...
[He finally looked up, debated about getting out, decided against it, and moved to the edge of the fountain where he folded his arms and laid his head down on them. If he got out now, he'd just drip everywhere and the heavy robe would make things miserable.]
As soon as you're dry, Minea, will you go get me a towel. I'm afraid I can't move till then. I suspect public indecency would be frowned upon if I tried to change.
[The vampire watched his cat, his thoughts still going over everything and sorting things into place. He was tired. He'd never felt so tired...of everything. Of life. Everything always went wrong. He was always loosing things or left helpless as they were stolen from him. He was always lying...and he was tired.
But that wasn't the case here...was it? No...not anymore. Things were different. He wanted to live..and he wanted to tell the truth...most of the time. Here there were no skeevy priests, no monsters, nothing actively trying to destroy him and those he loved.
He sighed.]
When did everything change, hmm? Why didn't I notice? Ah well. Something to fret over later.

Rinoa~ What a lovely face to 'wake up' to.
Minea, however, noticed Sacra and bound off the ledge to go wind between the dog's legs in greeting.
Leaving Johnny to shoot a glare at her.]
Traitor.

You came back!
[Heads up, Johnny. She's tackle hugging you.]
no subject
Still, Johnny catches her and hugs her tightly, laughing.]
Of course, of course~~ Couldn't just leave you here alone, could I~?
Hmm~ I missed you. [Or, well, he would have if he remembered her, but he's retro-actively missing her now.]
no subject
I'm so glad.
[Stepping back, she gives him a watery smile.]
You didn't remember anything from here, did you?
no subject
Well, no. But I didn't have your bright personality around, so I'm missing you now.
[The smirk fades into something more real; he didn't mind telling the truth to Rinoa.]
I wish I could have had you with me..or, at least, a way to talk to you. It probably would have helped~

[She's not going to like this, is she?]

[Nevermind the fact he's opened up more here than he ever expected to.]

This is so late ;;
[Where to start?]
...you know, I died before I arrived here. Ah, the second time, anyway. And...I don't know, I was okay with that. But it seems it there was a way to save me.
[He smiles, but it's on the fake side.]
Things aren't that nice back home...and, to be honest, I'm tired.
lsjdfsf i completely forgot about this thread
[She can understand that, really.]
I'm glad there's a way to save you, even if you didn't want to be saved. As long as you're alive, there's always hope that things will get better.
Sooo did I XD;;
Ah- not here! Everything's fine here. But back home...I'm tired of it.
You have a point, though~ There's always a chance things will calm down again. I hope they do, it just seems impossible when you're in the middle of it, you know~?
no subject
[She knows all too well. But that doesn't mean it's time to give up.]
Although... 700 years of living, I guess I'd be tired of it, too. But I think everyone will meet their end somehow, someday. Yours is just gonna take a little while.
no subject
I suppose it doesn't matter as long as I'm here, hm~?
But...[Hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later...at least for Chris' sake.]
I hope I go out with a bang, at least~! My death would have been poetic if it'd been left alone!
no subject
[He better not, anyway.]
...you would be concerned about, that wouldn't you? [Although she rolls her eyes, there's a barely contained smile trying to fight through on her face.]
no subject
Well, of course! Who wouldn't be concerned with such a thing~? Life is full of poetry and beauty, it is only fitting that death follow suit~
