Row 1 - New Arrival

Who: No-Face and anyone who happens to pass
Where: The Plaza
When: January 23rd, later in the evening
Style: Any
Status: Open

There appears to be a phantasmal black blob laying motionless, off near the center of this strange and foreign plaza. Next to this heap rests a basket that appears to contain a bundle of wool fiber, two knitting needles, and a small group of vegetables.

As quickly as it appears though, the dark mass solidifies and takes it's regular looming form; a white mask drifting up from the center and appearing where a face would normally be located. The quiet figure you're left with is just a bit unsettling. Those blank eyes seem to stare straight off into the distance for a moment, before the ghostly being extends an arm down to pick up the basket. Oddly enough, he seems to clutch his container against him with both arms rather protectively.

"...Ah...?"

"Y'know, you sound a little creepy but you're pretty cute!" Selphie gave the thing a proper smile then. He was probably capable of some crazy stuff no doubt, but Selphie liked to keep people happy regardless. "Well, I'm Selphie! Welcome to Vatheon!"

Selphie smiled brighter at that, feeling a little more comfortable now with the huge black mass. As he bowed, she clapped her hands together in realisation, "Oh! Are you Japanese, Mister Thing?"

He probably had a name, but she had a feeling he couldn't tell her what it was. Still, she respected the bowing tradition (that was what came with leiving with a Japanese warlord) and she bowed back respectfully. "It's nice to meet you."

Selphie was so pleased to see the thing looking happier. She wasn't sure how, but he definitely did look better. "I have lots of friends here from Japan! I should call you Mister Thing-dono!" And she bowed again, just to prove her manners.

As she looked back up she noticed the basket and looked back up at him, "You've got lots of things from home - that's good! You'll need to find a place to put them here."
