[ There's a scuffle, Vatheon. His SFC is pointed to the sky but anyone would be able to hear him distinctly over the network. ]

Blimey, ow. Ah, hell... it all hurts.

[ Ronald's prodding his cheek slightly with a thumb as he gets up. Truth be told, he's an absolute wreck. His uniform's bloody and a mess, his hair's disheveled and his glasses are being groped for before being put back on his face. ]

ow... owowowowowowow... Beastly, that's what he was. Not that I'd expected mercy... cor now, hold on...

[ And then he realizes he isn't on the ship anymore. ]

This isn't the Campania. Did I fall into the ocean then?

[ There's a sigh though as he strains to sit up, finally spotting the SFC and eyeing it curiously before picking it up. ]

...Don't think anyone can hear me through this, can they?

Ah, yes it does. So far we have here three reapers from your world, including yourself and two from my world. Plus a girl who knows about our kind. [He means Maka, of course. And there's Yachiru and Aizen too, though he doesn't yet know they are shinigami.

Then he is surprised Ronald knows his name.] Oh? Did you hear about me already?

Oh now that's new. Is she nice, at least? Might want to talk to her some time, figure out how much she knows. Sounds interesting, hearing about reapers from different worlds.

Kind of, yeah. Tsuzuki mentioned you when we talked. Figured if you were the one who looked like Mister Spears, you had to be Mister Tatsumi.

I've only talked to her a few times. She seems nice enough. And she knows quite a bit, about the reapers in her own world, at least.

Her name is Maka, and yes, you might meet her sometime. Vatheon is not so big.

We ought to get together to chat sometime. Maybe with your boss and Sutcliff-san too.
