[A few signs with arrows towards the casino dot the plaza for the next two weeks, announcing Host Club Auditions! in bold, swirling text.

The ballroom of the casino is still mostly bare when any applicant arrives. The far end of the room holds a table, behind which Zelos is seated with a clipboard and two empty seats on either side of him in case his cohorts decide to join him in the screening process. In front of the table is another chair, presumably for the applicant's use.

Why not?

[Zelos shrugs. He may be somewhat over his unwillingness to talk to guys but that doesn't mean he wants to take them on as clients. Still, he figures some of the other employees probably won't mind. Probably.

Actually Serph seems to like talking to everyone...]

I more know how to talk to hunnies, really, but you're a pretty social guy with dudes and hunnies alike, right?

[...Sure, okay. Zelos seems to be the one running it, so if that's what he wants, then guys only it is. Serph can accept that.

Mmm? Serph nods. And because hey, since it looks like he'll be going through with this 'audition', he'll take that seat thank you.]

Well that could be good, you could talk to either. Is that why you wanna join up? To be social, maybe help some people with their problems? You're pretty good at that.

[Serph nods.]

I didn't have the opportunity before arriving.

[They only had emotions for a short time, and both time and circumstances prevented him from doing so. He doesn't really have many skills other than killing people, but that's not exactly a solution to peoples' problems he wants to exercise!]

I can only offer time and a listening ear. Will that be satisfactory?

Well you got me to talk to you so I'd say you're definitely good enough to get people to open up and relax.

[Really Zelos had every intention of pulling Serph into the ranks as soon as he'd walked through the door. The guy has a way with people that's not lost on Zelos. With a grin, the Chosne offers his hand to shake Serph's over the table.]

Welcome aboard~ We open next month on the fourth and I'll have the uniforms in the employee closet. The club is on the plaza, left of that little outdoor cafe. We'll have sign up sheets where customers can sign up for private time with hosts so I'll pet you down for men or women. Just let me know when you want to be available for that and for regular shifts. I think that about covers it but do you have any questions for me?

[Good thing Serph's been taught about handshakes; a few months ago he would have just stared at Zelos' hand! He takes the offered hand and gives it a firm shake before letting go. Ah... it also sounds very well organised and planned out, so he has few questions or objections. Somehow this 'audition' seemed... quick? Not that he's complaining.
