[Boxes. Boxes! So many boxes.

Gamzee knows how these boxes got here --miracles!-- and for what reason --mating! cause that is what all animals on tv do when they come together in large groups which clearly means that in a few weeks they will hear the pitter-patter of little matchboxes-- but he has no idea what he is doing. Well. He is building. Duh. But he has no idea what it will be. He figures the boxes will just let him know once he is done building. So far he's got a stack of boxes put together in the centre and the starts of a haphazard wall surrounding them. Could be anything really.

But it is totally a boxfort.]

That is to say, Gamzee pops his head up over the wall of his castle, which has progressed pretty nicely! ... if you are not counting the messy unevenness. He gives her a grin, trying to lean on one of the boxes, and only succeeding in denting it.]

[Except now she's not any more, because that certainly is her ancestor crawling into the box after her, carefully curling around her so that Nepeta is safely embraced in her arms as the Disciple fits herself into a space that definitely shouldn't be big enough to hold her.]

It is very relaxing!

Gamzee's tongue pokes out slightly, his eyes pretty focused as he stacks the boxes. How very typical that the only time he is even somewhat concentrating is while doing something as silly as building a box fort, but hey, it is concentration, okay? Low standards.
