What happens when you let two fashion-impaired fishtrolls have free reign of of the shops without any supervision?

A lot of regrettable fashion choices. More than usual.

Except there is not a lot of partying and rocking going on as there is feelings and jamming here in the plaza. Feferi sits with her ice cream on a bench, trying to keep it from dripping onto her brand new outfit. (Which she is very proud of!) With her feet crossed at the ankles, she swings them idly, feeling so much more relaxed than she has been. She and Eridan both needed a little retail therapy,now that they had been able to just have some fun and let go of the last week's events, things were definitely going to be right as rain.

She is ready to talk about things now. In public. In hideous fashion. Because that is how she rolls.

[This definitely is refreshing. A good way to get his mind off of the stresses of the week before. Who knew the cure for such things was some silly shopping for some horrid fashion. Well, to other people it's probably horrid, a heart attack for Kanaya really, but Eridan thinks he looks HOT. And who is anyone to say he isn't? Yeah exactly, him and Fef look fan-fucking-tastic and he feels it too! Ice cream and great fashion, that's how to spend your time man!]

I must admit, I'm glad that mess from last week is all done and ower with.

[An idle start to their session really, but he doesn't need to jump right into the feelings right away, better to just lead into this stuff after all. After that, he just silently licks his ice cream to stop it from making a mess of his clothes, can't rightly have that happening now can he!]

[ Laughing easily, Feferi nods in agreement, before she reaches over to scoop up a bit of ice cream threatening to drop onto his shirt. Successful save made, she licks her finger clean then goes back to her own. ]

Yeah! And let's hope it's the last time... uh, forever! That it happens. Because I'm really tired of all this dying business.

[Grump grump grump! Someone is still buttmad over the Summoner. The Summoner and that situation in general, really. His failure included, but man eating ice cream is so much better than saying that much--at least yet anyways.]

[ With another big bite, she gets her cone safely to the no-drip level so she can shift closer and put her hand on his knee. ]

[He's pouting at his ice cream right now, almost as if daring it to drip on him. Instead of worrying about it right away though, he lets shifts the cone between hands so that he may rest the newly free one on the hand resting on his knee.]

He's just a fuckin' moron, thinkin' murderin' would help anythin'. Ewen I know that doesn't fuckin' help, I mean sure, Dualscar sees where he was comin' from, but he ewen outright admitted that killin' him for the lesson was extreme. I mean we're trolls, killin' is kinda a thing we do, but still.

[With his 'free' hand on Fef's, he's using the hand with the ice cream to gesture as he speaks, only catching on towards the end there that he's nearly dripped ice cream all over himself. So he's definitely making sure he licks up what dripping trails on the cone there is and taking a good bite or two to prevent any further drippage. Can't be ruining their clothes now, can he?]

[ Feferi just nods and listens and flips her hand over so she can curl her fingers between his. ]

A culling is a culling, no matter what you want to call it. It doesn't have to be a thing we do, though. Not anymore. This is our home now, not Alternia, its rules don't apply. So what do you think you want to do about it?

[He waits a moment, looking down at their hands before he gives hers a slight squeeze.]

... Cullin' him would make me a hypocrite, so not that. But he obwiously doesn't want to listen either. So... I don't know.

[Too bad TPing his oversized horns wouldn't be as gratifying as it would be funny.]

That's a very reasonable response, I think. [ Even if her words are underplayed, her smile betrays how proud she is to hear him say it. ] I don't think we should try to get back at him either. Not just because culling is wrong, but all it's going to do is create more trouble.

It just... makes me really angry! That he doesn't even acknowledge what he did was wrong. And I thought he was so cool, and a troll we could look up to! But he is no different.

[ She wrinkles her nose and finally squeezes Eridan's hand back, albeit for different reason. ]

You're right. It would, which is another reason I don't necessarily want to cull him or try to get a less drastic means a rewenge.

[Though he looks over at her for what she says about the Summoner being a troll they could look up to. Fuck that.]

Psshh! He's newer been one I particularly liked, threatenin' me the first time I ewer spoke to him kinda ensured that much. I'm hardly surprised he's so damn arrogant and blind to his own mistakes, though. At least Dualscar's tryin' to work on things, where as that idiot thinks so long as he claims what he does is in the best interest a low bloods, or somethin' HE considers important, he can do what he pleases.

[He looks away from her again, just watching random people as they walk by.]

I know! It is dangerous, but I guess I don't know what to do either. It is dangerous, and he's dangerous. What if... what if he decides he wants to take me out next? I mean, what if he finds out about me and the Helms-- Psii?

[ She actually looks sincerely concerned with the prospect. ]

If he so much as lays a prong on you, I'll cull him.

[His voice is dangerous and so is that look. He may have failed to protect Dualscar, but he knows that's because he didn't have the means at the time. He won't be ill-prepared this time. He doesn't care who the Summoner thinks he is, he won't be spilling anymore blood as far as he's concerned, especially not Feferi's.]

[ She says it more out of obligation, though. It's touching that he'd want to defend her, though. ]

But if he does try something else, I think we will have to find other ways of dealing with him.

[If he honestly thinks death is the only way to teach Dualscar, surely death is the only means he will understand his wrongs.]

[He's alright with this, finishing off the last bits of his own so he can properly cuddle up to her as well. This is much better than worrying over that waste of flesh anyways.]

[ Once they're cuddled up good and proper and she can take of his hands in hers, Feferi relaxes a little. For a second, she almost gets completely comfortable with her head against his shoulder, but as an afterthought, she cranes her neck to give him a little peck on the cheek. ]

[Eridan gives Feferi's hand a light squeeze when she takes his in hers, cuddling up to her all the while. This is nice, and he's really glad they became moirails, that she gave him another chance to set things right--and then he feels her kiss his cheek and purple ignites in his cheeks. Way to through his train of thought off kilter Fef!]

[He tries to cover it up, act as if nothing happened at all, just gonna pull her closer against him and pretend his cheeks aren't the same shade of his cape.]
