Who: Marta Lauldi and YOU.
Where: Central plaza.
When: Right now.
Style: I'll match!
Status: Open too all.
--I know who you really are. You've always tried your best and that's the Emil that I love!
[Despite having made her feelings well known during the course of their journey together, the impermanent nature of their current situation resonated strongly within her, prompting the almost explosive confession. This time she needs an answer, a reaffirmation that everything is going to be okay. Holding back the tears threatening to fall at any moment, she watches the boy before her stumble over his own words in reaction to hers. And then–
"Love." The moment her beloved Ratatosk Knight spoke the very word, a sudden impulse came over her. Oh how she had been waiting for this! Unable to wait for the rest of his response to fully take form, she immediately sprang to mash lips with him to consummate their mutual affection.
Or, well... that was the plan, anyway.
Instead of the warm, melting feeling that supposedly accompanied a kiss between two lovers, Marta is instead greeted by a falling sensation, followed by a feeling synonymous to that of being thrown into an expanse of water before her lips finally locked with someone else's after all.
It wasn't expected, but hey, at least it broke her fall, oops.]
((OOC: Marta's lip-ginity will be taken on a first come, first serve basis! After the first comment, it can be assumed then that she will be trudging along Vatheon and will NOT. BE. HAPPY. ONE. BIT.))

They must never speak of this again.
In fact, Marta is just about to insist on this point before she is taken aback by how she is received. She knew the chosen was a bit of a space case, but she didn't think it was this bad.]
W-what are you talking about, Colette? It's me, Marta! A... and what do you mean, "Vatheon"?
no subject
I'm sorry, but I really don't remember meeting you before this, Marta. The worlds hadn't even been reunited for a year when I came here.
[Explaining about Vatheon she can do!]
Vatheon is a city in an underwater bubble on some other world. It pulls people from different times and time doesn't pass while back on your world while you're here.
...and we should get you a towel.

But you helped us through our journey to collect the Centurion Cores. We were all together just a little bit ago!
[And what is this about being in another world??]
W-wait, so where is Emil?! [Right, he would know what to do! Priorities.]
no subject
Centurion Cores? Emil? Lloyd was with everyone at the Otherworldy Gate when he was brought here and that was months ago for me even before I arrived here. Maybe it's the same thing and you're from my future...?
[Yeah, she has no idea what you're talking about Marta. You being from her future sounds like a safe guess though. She walks over to that stand to get a towel and then walks back and hands it to Marta.]
no subject
But wait.] The future? That doesn't make any sense!
[Drenched and confused, she just stares at the towel Colette is offering, really unsure of what to make of all this.]
no subject
[She sighs and keeps holding the towel out to Marta.]
Either I've forgotten everything you're talking about, Marta, or it hasn't happened to me yet. I hope it hasn't happened yet. Others from my-our?- world are here from our past; the world hasn't been reunited yet where they're from.

[Marta takes the towel, though the act is more out of desperation than anything else. Her small body trembles as she tries to say something – anything – that would trigger Colette's memories of her. But alas, it seems impossible.
Cue emotional breakdown in 3... 2... 1!]

[She giggles and almost instantly stops. Given the situation, she's surprised she even laughed.]
The Professor is the only person I've ever seen do the Maiden Ritual. I'm sorry, Marta. I don't remember any of that; I really don't think it's happened for me yet.
[If it had happened to her, and she forgot it...that would break her more.]
no subject
But it did happen! It did!
[Her hands ball up into two pleading fists as she continues to insist, as if doing so will somehow make everything better again and bring her back to the fleeting moment of standing alongside her cherished Emil in a true love's kiss. This all just has to be a bad joke, right? A nightmare, even? As much as she longs for either one to be the case, the look on Colette's face and the feeling of her wet clothes sticking against her skin clearly indicates otherwise.
With a shake of her head, she takes a step backwards, rejecting the situation with the no-so subtle movements. And just like that, she turns and bolts away.]

[And Colette runs after her. Even if she wasn't sure who the other girl was, she did seem to know Colette and Colette didn't doubt for a second what Marta was saying was true--she just thought it hadn't happened for her yet.
So now Colette joins in on Lloyd's thread?]
