Bar HOMRA's doors are always open to anyone who feels they need a bit of a drink. Nothing's changed about that, even after Izumo left.

This week, though, there's something a bit different outside the door: Anna. If she knows you or you look nice (or are wearing red or look friendly) and you look cold, she will grab your hand and tug insistently until you go into the bar with her.

Why? Because Tatara and King are getting cold too, since Tatara isn't exactly reserved with affectionate contact with his friends. They're the Red Clan. They like being warm. They will make sure you're warm too, if it means they'll be warm.

If you're really interested in a drink, there is a bartender still. If you really want, he'll help you keep warm. He's lonely and in need of hugs after all.

So come and get a drink later in the day, or get warmed up at any time. It's not like they keep regular sleeping hours. Just don't try to eat the fish.

[ Not terribly long after Anna stepped out for a moment, she returns with a blue-clad man in toe.

But he has red eyes, so its all okay. ]

[It hadn't taken much to convince Jade of the need of his assistance. Resisting Anna took far too much effort and he was far too tired.

He looks around at the people, then back down to Anna. Is it her hobby of stealing men?]

[ Yes. She misses all of her really pretty male family members, and must collect new ones. Its even the right season for Peony to replace Rikio-

Regardless, Anna is going to step over toward the barstools. Here, Jade, take a seat. ]

[Jade follows her and sits on one of the stool, looking about and raising a brow. A bar filled with cuddling people was an odd thought, but Vatheon was an odd place.]

[ Its usually a very normal bar, honest. ]

I can get you juice.

[ If Jade wants something stronger, he will have to ask someone old enough to drink to serve it. ]

[He'll nod, because this evening has already been so damn weird, why not?]

[ Anna ducks around the bar and into a doorway behind and returns a few moments later with a pair of juice boxes.

Fruit punch, Jade, and bright red. Its not terribly surprising, is it? ]

[Not very, at this point.

He takes the juice box from the bitty bartender and smiles.]

[ Anna takes a stool next to him, carefully preparing her box of juice.

Silly straws are a bit flimsy, but she gets it to work. ]

[ Anna hums her acceptance of that, and goes back to her juice.

Although... Jade, you're starting to sit differently. Are you still cold?

Anna needs to study him for a moment, and then she will reach over and grab his hand again. Or, well, a few of his fingers. ]

[He's sipping his juice box when she grabs his hand. It's a very warm hand and he smiles at her.]

I'm not used to being cold.

Japan is usually warm, even in winter.

[ Maybe one wouldn't think that with how she dresses, but its true.

Shizume is usually warm. North might be colder... Are you also from somewhere warm?

It's called Keterburg. It always snows there.

[Jade syas he hates kids, but he handles them like tiny adults anyways. The ones that don't understand are the ones that drive him bonkers.]

Anyone in HOMRA could tell Jade that Anna was very mature. More mature than most of the other clansmen, in fact. ]

Yes, fortunately in most situations.

But then the marks glow and its not a good sort of cold.

[ The "good" sort of cold being one that can be chased off with layers. And scarves... ]

I can't see my mark, not comfortably, unfortunately.

[ Tatara and Izumo had their marks there. And Rikio wouldn't tell her where his was.

Only these were HOMRA marks, not Vatheon marks. ]

[ ... Okay, he never told her, but Anna finds things out anyway. ]

But no one changes with seasons like Rikio. His red is reduced in summer.
