[Hilbert woke up and blinked a couple times before realizing something was off. He was soaked for some reason, and had been sleeping, apparently...? Quickly he felt around and found he still had his Pokemon... Well, that was a good thing.]

Ugh... this is weird.

[Yeah, this... this was weird, to say the least. He stretched and stood up, then headed over to the buildings nearby. He was hoping to find someone, anyone, to talk to about this place and what was going on.]

[ Since that last curse ended, she had been feeling herself again. No sudden chills or anything, and it didn't seem like she had caught N's cold, either.

Hilda had spent so much of her time back home wandering around from place to place, though, that she got a bit restless whenever she stayed in one place for too long. She had been taking walks around the city when she could to try and help herself feel a bit better, but it wasn't quite the same.

Today, though, she was glad she was walking around the Plaza. As she came into the area, she saw something that made her stop completely in her tracks.

Or rather ... someone.

Once she had shaken off the shock from seeing him, she put on a smile and wandered over to him. He was unmistakably the same guy who'd battled with her on the subway battles. She'd recognize him anywhere, despite only knowing him for a short time. ]

Hilbert?

Huh?

[Hearing his name, Hilbert shook off his thoughts and looked up. He quickly smiled when he saw who it was. Even though they only met each other once, he would never forget the trainer he fought alongside on the subway. Hilbert quickly ran over to greet her.]

Hilda!? It's good to see you again! ...But what are you doing here? Did you randomly show up, too?

Yeah, about a month ago or so. I guess you just got here?

[ She looked him up and down a few times, taking note of his appearance ... he had definitely just got here. He was totally soaked. She sighed, then offered him a smile that was definitely a little odd-looking, if he had seen her smile before. ]

There's someone here who will be excited to see you.

A month, huh? Er, and yeah, I think so.

[This was all still confusing to him, but at least he found someone he knew. Before he could say more, he noticed something was... off. And who would be excited to see him?]

Oh, really? Who is it? ...And is something wrong?

Yeah. I got here around this time last month.

[ She blinked. She wasn't that obvious, was she? She shook her head, silently trying to tell him not to worry about her. ]

Bianca's been here for way longer than I have. She really misses you.

[ He was going to find out about the weird time alternations sometime, but she didn't feel like she could explain it well enough. Not when it still blew her mind. ]

[Well. Hilbert just thinks this whole thing is even more weird.

And he didn't want to push her into talking about what was bothering her if she didn't want to. ...Wait.]

Bianca! Why is she stuck here? How is she? ...Do you know where she is, Hilda? I really miss her, too, haha...

[ She smiles sheepishly and shrugs. ]

I guess she's stuck here for the same reason we are? She's okay, though. I know how to get in touch with her, if you want to talk to her ...

[ Thoouuuuugh she might have to sneak off at some point because of awkward. ]

Huh... Well, that's good! And that would be great if we could get together, thanks Hilda.

[Noooo, Hilda, you're their buddy too!]

[ She nods. ]

So what all about Vatheon do you know? I'll help you out a bit with getting acclimated.

Er... I know.... pretty much nothing?

[Sorry Hilda!]

There's a lot to know, then.

[ She holds out her hand to him with a smile. ]

Come on, let me show you around. And maybe help you get some dry clothes.

[It was one of those days where Vatheon was getting weirder and weirder. First, there was the event where everyone was getting cold. She didn't mind it since it means giving people hugs! However, this one? What was with the city looking so...gloomy?

However, that all changed when she managed she saw someone whom she hadn't seen in two years. ...It can't be...]

....Hilbert?

[It was looking pretty gloomy, but he couldn't tell what was normal or not, not having seen the city before.

He stopped pacing when he heard his name. ...He could recognize that voice anywhere! Hilbert turned around and stared at his friend. She... looked a little different, but there was no mistaking that this was Bianca! He quickly smiled and walked closer.]

Bianca!? Wow, you're here too...? It's really good to see you again-

[...wait.]

Did you steal Cheren's glasses?

[Bianca didn't care about how the city looked anymore. All she wanted was to see her friend! As she got closer to him, she gave a warm smile at him. It's been so long, she just wanted to see him!

However, when she made her way toward him...

Oh right]

Ah, I got them a while ago! I'm working for Professor Juniper so I thought wearing glasses would make me look more professional!

[And not trip as much]

[Hilbert was happy to see Bianca again, and was lucky to have run into one of his best friends here. They haven't seen each other in such in a long time! He walked a little closer and gave her a hug.]

It has, I really missed you guys. How've you been...?

[...Then he remembered he was still soaking wet, oops. He quickly let go of his friend.]

Oh, shoot...! Sorry...

[Bianca just gave a giggle toward Hilbert.]

That’s okay, as long as I get a hug from an old friend, you’re forgiven!

[But he did bring up a good point]

Oh, we need to get you a towel and everything! I think there should be some clothes that you can borrow from the building until you get dry again!

[Don’t mind her dragging him toward the building now!]

Quickly, quickly or else you’ll get sick!

Pfft, alright, then!

[He's just gonna try keeping up as she drags him away. Bianca might hear a sneeze or two out of him, too-]

[In the middle of their walk, she couldn't help but hear a certain something from him. Now she's just staring at him.]

...Hilbert....are you okay? You're not sneezing are you?

[It's just a few sneezes, it's nothing to worry about. But Bianca is being a bit protective of him right now. Hey, she hadn't seen him in years! It's only natural she would feel that way about him!]

...You're not getting sick....right?

[Hilbert smiles and waves his other hand, trying to reassure her everything was okay.]

It's alright! I think it'd take more than a wet jacket to get me sick...!

[Hilbert VS Sneezes FIGHT! ...Yeah, he just continues following his friend.]

Then you should take it off! If it's making you sicker, wearing it longer is going to make it worse!

[Bianca...are you telling Hilbert to strip?]

When we get there, there should be some dry jackets lying around!

[It wasn't long until they managed to get there but right now? It's just really dark and....even more dark. ...When did it get this creepy?]

Let's see...it should be somewhere around here...

[In the meantime, don't mind Bianca throwing a towel your way!]

[Then strip he will- I mean. He takes off his jacket and ties it around his waist.]

Good idea... Whoa-!

[Hilbert reacted just in time and caught that towel.]

Well, this is fine for now! I don't really need new clothes, and stuff...

[He felt kind of bad now, that he finally got to see Bianca again but they were spending their time finding new clothes in some creepy dark place...]

It isn't too far away from here so you can stay there for a while until your clothes get try again!

I don't know of I have any clothes that might fit you but maybe I could ask Shing? I don't think he would mind borrowing some of his clothes for a little bit!

[Do you know what you're talking about, Bianca?]

[The mun screams at the thought of Hilbert wearing Shing's clothes, then rolls around on the floor while continuing to scream until Serperior headbutts her-]

Oh, your apartment! We better find it then, haha.

[Oh no, Bianca better not have gone and got a boyfriend or anything... Protective Hilbert activate!]

Uh... is Shing your roommate?

[Suddenly, the idea of Hilbert wearing Shing's clothes makes him look like Shing regardless. BUT ANYWAY!]

Mhmm, that's right, it's that building over there! [She said before pointing to the building in the distance]

Yup but there are two others living with us! There's Kohaku and Mithos!

It might be a little crowded but we don't mind some company!

[Well, except for Mithos]

I just hope you don't mind that there's a lot of stuff around!

[IT MUST BE THE HAIR]

Oh, cool! That would be fine. I hope it's alright with everyone else, though.

[Hilbert was glad that Bianca seemed to be getting along fine here.]

I can't wait to meet Shing, Kohaku and Mithos.

Mhmm, I'm sure it would be! So I don't see why it should be any problem and you're my friend so you don't have to worry!

[Just watch out for Mithos]

And I can't wait until you meet them too! C'mon, it's just over there!

[And off she goes!]

[It wasn't just Hilbert that had noticed something odd was going on, as Wallace had felt it too. He'd even seen it. Vatheon. What had happened to it? It was now a dull, rather crowded urban city and nothing like what Vatheon was before. Milotic did not like hearing the roar of the monorail ahead or the loud car horns, which were now prominent.

What on earth was going on? It was then that Wallace had spotted Hilbert looking rather confused.]

Hilbert? Do you know what is going on?

[Hilbert was still looking around the city when he heard his name. He spotted the gym leader and headed over.]

Oh, hey! ...You're Wallace, right?

[That was when he noticed he wasn't the only one that seemed confused.]

Nope, no idea. I don't even know where we are... Do you know what's going on?

Yes, I'm Wallace from Hoenn. I do believe that this may be another one of Vatheon's curses, as I can't think what else it might be. That or we've been transported to another place entirely. [It was all rather odd and unnerving at the same time.]

Did you wake up and find yourself here?

A curse...? Sounds like it's a common thing around here.

[It sounds pretty odd to Hilbert too. He's not sure what to think of all this.]

Oh, yeah... I think so. Did the same thing happen to you?

Curses are quite common place around here. They just seem to strike when you do not know it. [He nodded.]
