It has been quite the few days, hasn't it been, Vatheon? That conversation appearing on the network --just who had posted that, anyway?-- the experiment and then the collapse of the bubble and the evacuation. It certainly kept everybody's hands quite busy and full. But now that things are looking at little more calm, with far fewer trips needed to ferry things from down in the bubble up to the island, Station Master makes his move, abandoning his post to seek out people. Who? Well, just about anyone. He seems to avoid groups, instead seeking out people while they are alone, whether wrapped up in some activity, or moving from on place to the other. His purpose? Unclear for now, but if you are a foreigner and you are on the island, you may very well find yourself with a sudden Station Master at your side.

How will you respond?

Hello. If you do not mind, might I have a few minutes of your time? There is something I would like to discuss.

... I suppose. Concerning what, exactly?

The state of the barrier below and the possibility of restoring it to its proper working form.

Restoring it?

[That actually earns a look of surprise from N. He shares a glance with his Pokemon friend, but whatever silent conversation they share isn't uttered aloud in any capacity. He stands, wanting to be eye level with the Station Master as they spoke.]

I'll be frank, I don't see any point in it. It seems unnatural to force people to live beneath the water when most humans aren't particularly acclimated to such a life. Of course I can't fully speak for anyone who isn't human...

I can assume, though, that there's a concern about maintaining both the status quo and the lifestyle of the foreigners that have been brought here? As it stands everyone looks more to be refugees than welcome residents on the island.

I suppose you could say humanity does a great manner of unnatural things in its pursuit for happiness. But yes, I have reason to believe that the existence of the bubble in its proper working for is key to the survival of the foreigners that have been brought here.

[N pulled a face at that, but a sigh sounded from him after a few seconds had passed.]

As much as I'm reluctant to agree with you, it is a valid point. I'm not keen on helping other humans but I find it difficult to propose a compelling counter argument when I'm still so new to this place.

What is your plan then?

My plan is to hold a meeting friday evening to discuss everything I know and everything you can offer. I'd rather talk to everybody at once, so everybody is giving the same information.

I'm not sure what I can offer, but if you want me there I'm hardly in a position to argue.

I believe we all have our ways of contributing.

But if that is the case, I'd be happy to see you friday evening.

Then I will do my best to contribute what I can.

Where is this meeting taking place?

Are you familiar with the storage building closest to the elevator?

[He'd passed by it a few times, taking Zekrom around the island before the bubble cracked.]

That is the place. Ten o'clock at night. Though if you could arrive a little earlier I'd be much obliged. It seems best not to show up all at once. That will draw far too much attention.

[That was... suspicious. N shares a glance with his Pokemon companion, but once again Zoroark's words aren't spoken out loud, and N's response hardly needs to be verbal.

He looks back at the Station Master and nods at last.]

[And even more suspicious. But he had already agreed to it so backing out now just seemed like he put in the effort for nothing.]
